Only Time slots for VC are -> 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 2:30, 3:30, 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30
1:30 to 2:30 no VCs – Considered as lunch break
VC only applicable for outstation and International clients who are not willing / cannot visit the site
If an VC done client visits the site and it is found out to be a Pune based customer. The source through which the VC was done
stands null and void
No VC to be done for Pune clients. Even for those clients who are currently outside Pune but are basically from Pune
SM before doing the VC should confirm the location of the client. If it is found that its a Pune client the VC should not be done
and inform the customer to visit the site and highlight such cases to me immediately
The CP or the source found to be playing foul we will not entertain any VC of that CP /Source in the future
VC only allowed if done from Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 7 PM. Any VC done beyond this time frame will not be
considered for lead protection
Process Adherence For Upcoming Launch

Source once tagged at the time of site visit will not be changed under any circumstance even if it is a mistake
Any VC request should be 1 hour prior. Chances of accommodating a real time VC is very less
Dedicated resource for VC and site visits
If all dedicated resource for VC is busy at a given time slot. The VC needs to be rescheduled
Screen shot of all VCs needs to be taken as a record in case of dispute (only applicable for domestic outstation clients)
Save and Close of all VC is mandatory. Proper tagging of Sourcing manager, Closing Manager, Source, Sourcing /closing TL is
mandatory immediately after VC as it can't be changed later.
For U21 in d4u U21 name will be entered but in SFDC it needs to change under the SM to whom this 21 is mapped.
