DESIGN BRIEF:
- The development of the whole concept is based
on the needs and the inputs provided by the
client, both as regards the functions and spaces,
which for the style to predict.
- Building has landscape done on the north side,
on which drawing with 6mtrs high ceiling and
huge living are aligned. Provisioned the drawing
with fixed upvc window from floor to the ceiling
which draws abundant light making the space
for a grand entrance.
- Living has french door opening to the landscape.
- Three bedrooms are on the first floor with a small
and sufficient living area.
- Second floor is accomodated with home theatre,
home bar and a huge sitout.
My Role:
- Designed the total concept for the villa.
- Got the total designed drafted to the perfection.
- Maintained the client communication from starting
to ending of the project.
- Generated the 3-D visualizations for the whole villa.
- Presented the designs and mood boards to the client.
- Altered the designs after client concerns to the their satisfaction
and got the designs signed off.
- Determined the work scope and prepared the quotation.
- Attended the contract negotiations and material finalizations.
- Supervised the total production drawings for onsite work.
- Got the shop drawings ready simultaneously.
- Managed supervisors over looking the daily progress of the works.
- Visited the site when and where required to ensure design conformity.

4. Created informal seating all along the huge window
which holds nice utility and adds to the ambience.
Designed display unit for the pottery collection of
the client which also aligns the top and bottom windows.
The paneling around the window forms a frame for the
beautiful scenery ouside.
Simple ledge type storage for T.V console. Created a
feature for copper statue which the client prides in his
collection.Gives a pleasant ambience to the visitors and
residents as well.Exposed brick in white paint for
the wall decor which is in sync with the garden outside.

STAIR AREA
Designed vaulted ceiling in the center of the room with
veneer and golden trims. Reduced sil height of the rear
window and panelled all around to make a cozy seat in
the corner just by backdrop of the garden.
SOFTWARES
USED
Client being a photographer, i have arranged frames
behind the sofa where he can display his photography.
Used natural stone cladding for the tv wall to extend the
natural garden ambience in to the living.
Used the odd beam layout at the stairs to make it a
feature in it self with veneer paneling.

An upmarket confectionery outlet which attracts young crowd for its
delectable display of pastries.
Services Provided:
- Total design and consultation services.
- Liasioned with structural consultant to remodel the existing house.
- Provided furniture and electrical layouts with 3-D rendered visualizations.
- Co-ordinated with the branding consultants to recreate the brand identity.
- Undertaken turn-key contracting for gypsum ceiling, electrical works, flooring,
painting, wall decor and furniture.
- Light fixtures procurement and fixing.
Remodeled, restructured and designed the existing residential place to suit the business and
spatial requirements to turn it into a attractive eatery hangout.
Goal: To create a cool eatery hangout and spacious eneough to
accomodate the rush of the peak hours.

9. GROUND FLOOR LAYOUT, ELECTRICAL
SECTIONAL ELEVATIONS
The parlour has 2 seating areas in the ground floor.
One with POS and one with seating and office cabin tucked at the corner. The main area at
the entrance has simple seating with POS counter and displays arranged eloborately.
This being the high traffic area, passage has been left wide eneough for the movement.

inspired from the logo colors.

The seating here has been divided regular small group visitors with comfortable sofas
where ever possible. The chairs on the passage side are obvious convenience during
maintainance. A

BLACK forms the major color
across the parlour.
It has been complemented
with walnut venees wall
paneling maintaining the
thematic pattern across
medium of decor including
ceiling.
While veneer could balance the
tone of the place, pops of
bright color has been chosen
for the furniture and light
fixtures to bring about the
buoyant ambience to
attract the young crowd.

13. FIRST FLOOR LAYOUT, ELECTRICAL

The first floor has more of informal seating layout.
The existing stairs which lead to
this level has totally been
wrapped in artificial green grass.
As this place has the connected
kitchen very simple circular
stools have been used for easy
movement to and fro to the
kitchen.
Unlike the ground floor where
A/C has been arranged, this
area is open to air with a
chance to enjoy cool natural
breeze from the sorrounding
trees.

Maintained the same theme
through out the place.
However added few pastel colors
to the decor to break the
monotony.
Neon colored brand graphics ,
quotes and info
have been added on the walls,
corners and ceiling where ever

complement the bright colors
of the furniture.
A small book shelf with few
books has been provided for
frequent visitors.

Being the chief designer for BDC(BellaDesignConcepts), i have taken care of the total
design and execution of the office.
Each and every furniture piece has been designed specially and manufactured at our
production facility.
This office has been one prominent example of our design and build process.
Adding further we had displayed fitout kitchen, wardrobes and few cabinets.
Manufactured all the movable furniture as well.
Office Layout:
- Got reception right opposite the entrance as usual.
- M.D and chief designer cabins are adjacent for easy and quick one on one frequent communication.
- Placed the designers and draftsmen at extended corner to isolate them from visitors disturbances.
- Display kitchen beside the reception has been planned for quick walk-in enquirers to minimize the
uptime for each of their queries.
- Customer Lounge is placed adjacent to manager and chief designer cabins for clear and easy
communications which area also holds all the material samples and dispaly wardrobe and cabinets.
- Wash room has been arranged for the convenience of the clients.

the elegance at the very first
sight into the office.
The glass partition behind the
reception is designed with
inspiring quotes from celebrated
architecuts.
The display of the material and
design samples have been
spread all across the place
appropriately.
This place has full glass facade
on one side which has been
utilized umobstructively to let
in maximum light. And the huge
low seating along this entire side
provides ideal place for material
selections to clients.
It also is cozy place for longer
conversations with the clients
during design finalizations.
Used simple color pallet to
keep the space simple and
uncluttered.
