What is a dojo? It’s a safe place to practice.  A place to make mistakes and learn.
In the dojo we… Learn and work together Share and exchange ideas Explore each other’s solutions Build a Community
Guidelines No company tags Everyone’s opinion is valued Everyone’s participation is highly encouraged Fishbowl style Have an idea about how to solve the problem?  Then share your idea! Anyone in the audience can tap you out to either continue your thought or share a different perspective
Problem 1 After telling your Customer that the project will cost $850,000 and take 1.5 years to develop, your Customer tells you that they only have $250,000 available to spend and need the project completed in 1 year. What do you do?
Problem 2 The Customer’s Shoe Company is brand new. It’s current objective is to advertise their brand to as many people as possible. To accomplish this mission they have decided they would like to have an online Shoe Store.  What do you do?
Problem 3 John is a Sr. Developer on your team. Once again, he feels under pressure with the current release deadline. He tells you that if something isn’t done soon, he will quit. How do you respond?
