He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

Plastic pop
1.
2. The term Plastic Pop describes how people become famous for their talents. This is
due to the vast amount of reality TV shows. These include; Britain’s Got Talent, X-
Factor, Fame Academy and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s performance. All these reality
TV shows have a specific way of targeting a younger audience. Some examples of
Plastic Pop artists would be Miley Cirus and Selena Gomez.
The company Disney can also be linked with Plastic Pop as it is appeals to a
younger audience. This is for the reason that many teenage celebrities are featured
in Disney programmes. Also Disney is recognised to be a source of teeny pop genre.
This is due to films such as High School Musical, which links to the stereotypical views
of plastic pop. This then encourages younger audiences to follow their dreams and
achieve their full potential and talent.
3. The reality shown in Plastic Pop is what involves the audience at home and at
the studios, as the people who vote for the shows are the people who give the
company the money and that is how they become so successful.
The higher popularity of the shows means the more money the show make
as more people will ring in to vote. There are many ways for the audiences to
get their views across, voting can be done through the use of telephone,
mobile, internet and also the TV. On reality shows the audience can vote as
much as they want, which is how the company is able to make so much
money.
4. However with Disney, the merchandise and music that is used to sell the artists music is
how they make their money. Also the more talented young people that try to get
involved with the industry, means more money is made due to the large fan bases.
Examples would include Jesse McCartney, Miley Cirus and Selena Gomez.
Plastic Pop
is because of people who are interested in the people or groups in the shows and music
as the audience want the acts to win the show to be successful as they like their talent.
Reality shows allow people of certain ages to show their talent, such as in the X-Factor,
people aged over 16 can audition and not just on their own they can also audition in
groups. In contrast, shows such as Britain’s Got Talent, anyone of any age can audition,
and with whoever they want. Therefore reality shows allow people to become famous
for their talents right from the early years.
