across all platforms. You won’t see lower quality images in
one area with lower quality in others. As a brand, when I

Ads are a part of many influencer’s
strategy for monetizing. Make sure
you don’t have pop-ups that take
over the screen and make sure you
have the ability to exit any that
would take eyes off the content.

Include clear ways to contact you. The rep you are
dealing with may not be the rep you started with.
Positions change all the time. Make sure the person
your information is passed to can contact you.

Some influencers will skip stats in their media kits if
they feel smaller. Don’t do that. There are brands who
will work with you if you are smaller but have an
engaged following.
- Services
Not every brand has a PR person who knows what you
can offer and where your most engaged platform is.
Give them a few options to consider when thinking of
working with you. Include a package deal because
some brands want to purchase a package instead of
picking certain items.
- Feature your strengths
Let brands know where you can best benefit them by
featuring your strengths in your media kit.

Brands want to see who the person behind
the site is and why they would be a good fit
to promote with.
- Do you have children? Does traveling make
you smile? Do you have pets? Knowing some
of these things can really help a rep out as

Small Header – The header image of a site can be a
big distraction if you aren’t careful. Make sure that
when your site loads, the header doesn’t take over
the whole page.
Tool Bar – Her tool bar does a great job of letting a
rep know what they can expect from her site. If a
brand is only focused on one part of your business,
having this easily accessible information can help
them see if you are a fit.
Clean Side Bar – When a side bar is overly filled with
ads and information it can be a discouragement to
brands. A nice clean look can say a lot to your
professionalism. You can have things in your side bar.
Simply make sure that they are clean and well
organized.
Headings and Subheadings – Take advantage
of headings and subheadings. Not only will it
help you with SEO it will also help the flow of
the post. My boss loves headings and
subheadings because he loves the fact that
they are helpful for skimmers who won’t read
the entire post.
Take advantage of captions. – Because people
are skimmers, sometimes a caption on an
image can be a big help. It may not always be
practical but sometimes it will.
1.Make sure contact information is easy to find.
2.Make sure you have a media kit or media information so
that you can provide it to a brand.
3.Make sure your site has a clean design that is easy to
navigate.

You won’t see lower quality images in one area with lower quality in others. As a brand, when I look at this I know that she holds her work to a high standard and will do the same for my brand.

My boss loves headings and subheadings because he loves the fact that they are helpful for skimmers who won’t read the entire post. Take advantage of captions. – Because people are skimmers, sometimes a caption on an image can be a big help. It may not always be practical but sometimes it will.
  • 12. 1.Make sure contact information is easy to find. 2.Make sure you have a media kit or media information so that you can provide it to a brand. 3.Make sure your site has a clean design that is easy to navigate.
