■ Why is it an original idea? – It is a bit like a
romance however has a dilemma like a drama
would.

■ Narrative of The Movie:
■ Beginning – The audience is introduced into the two
character's sitting on the bench reminiscing on old times.
■ Middle – An argument ensues and truths are revealed to
Cycles.
■ End – Goodbyes are said and they go their separate ways with
some type of closure.

■ Purpose – The purpose of my short film is to get recognition,
and hopefully rack up a portfolio to move on to better projects.
■ Thematises – The message I am trying to convey to the
audience is that letting go of someone or something can
improve your life in time.

Breakdowns
■ Cyles – Cyles doesn’t really have the motivation to do what
Naomi wants to do and is fine with not fulfilling his dreams.
■ Emma is very outgoing. The audience will see this by the way
she talks about what she wants to do. Naomi is a very upfront
and honest person.

■ Development – A movie that was about an hour and a half long
should suffice nicely; I can dive more into their personalities and
why they are the way they are.
■ Screening and Distribution – The short film would be film would be
uploaded to YouTube due to the amount of users that use the site. It would
be hard to convince channels like the BBC to screen this without it being
educational, plus this is the only short film I will be making.
■ Legal and Ethical consideration – There is nothing in my product
that would cause legal and ethical problems. Their will be actors
with different ethnic backgrounds and different races to show
diversity.

■ Primary Target Audience – The primary audience are
teenagers and young adults due to teenagers and young
adults being able to relate to this a lot. The audience will also
be Film producers and companies.
