Physical education plays a critical role in educating students. It is the only school program that provides opportunities for students to learn motor skills, develop fitness, and understand the importance of physical activity. The goals of physical education are to improve and maintain students' current health and set them on a path to a healthy lifestyle. Physical education is important because it promotes proper growth and development, builds a proportionate muscular body, develops mental and social abilities, provides recreation, and helps utilize leisure time. It also controls weight, combats diseases, improves mood, boosts energy, and promotes better sleep. This research broadened the teacher's understanding of how physical education brings out talents in students through various physical activities.
