This document discusses cell phone usage and addiction. It notes that while cell phones were originally intended as a convenience, people have become increasingly dependent on them. A new disorder called "nomophobia" has emerged, where people experience anxiety when not near their phones. Approximately two thirds of the world's population is estimated to be prone to this psychological addiction to cell phones. The document advocates reducing cell phone usage by at least half and being more mindful about whether new applications and phone upgrades are necessary or just marketing influences.
