alike. This money, available for our use to become more effective teachers for the diverse

studies which studies the different organisms of species living on earth and where they live. In

According to the National Bureau of Economic Research, child abuse and maltreatment roughly
doubles the probability that an individual engages in many types of crime (Picker, 2014). More
specifically, it is noted that those who experience physical abuse as a child are 30% more likely
than their counterparts to commit violent crimes as a juvenile (Wisdom and Maxfield, 2001).
Physical abuse of a child may include but is not limited to injuries that result from kicking,
punching, biting, beating, or hitting a child that are non accidental, As defined by St. Luke s
Cornwall Hospital. It is believed that because of such treatment the child is inclined to portray the
same aggressive behavior in their juvenile years, which creates a cycle of violence (Wisdom and
Maxfield, 2001). This leads to my research question: Are juveniles who experience physical abuse
in their childhood more likely to commit violent crimes?
The term juvenile in this case can be described as an individual who is at least 18 years of age or
younger. I hypothesize that juveniles who have experienced physical abuse as a child are more
likely to commit violent crimes. My null hypothesis is that being physically abused and the type of

When I was a child my father always came to me and told me a quote, but over the years I have
changed it into my own and now I live by it everyday . Tomorrow is a brand new day, and a gift

growing, and it was taking over my lower front jaw bone. The surgery took place under my chin.
Doctors removed five of my teeth and the part of the bone that held the tumor. They replaced
what was missing with morphogenetic protein, cadaver s bone, and a titanium bar. Needless to

One of the strengths of this article is that the author encourages research before making a decision
in regards to immunization.
There are a number of weaknesses to discuss, the validity of the research is questionable, (due to
further research, contradicting her claims. ) The statement made about Japanese immunization was
found to be incorrect.
Some of the authors information is generalized such as statements like I have NEVER met a fully
vaccinated child that is healthier and more robust than a well nourished, unvaccinated child.
A lot of the statements made are based on her own beliefs and are not backed up by facts and
figures. Someday there will be a study that shows that unvaccinated children have many less health
problems than their vaccinated peers. Don t wait until this study is finally done because it will be
too late for your child. Is an example of this kind of statement.
The article seemed biased and did not base statements on facts and research or any scientific proof.

Attention! Major General Andrew Jackson has won the Battle of New Orleans! The casualties are
almost unbelievable. The British lost seven hundred men to death, and 1,400 men were wounded.
On the other hand the American forces lost only eight men to death and thirteen wounded. Jackson
s troops consisted of volunteers from Tennessee and Kentucky and freed slaves; the count of these
men was seven thousand, five hundred (7500) soldiers. Jackson marched his troops to New
