My name is Jenn Wilbanks and I am a creator. I
have a passion for seeing peoples dreams and
helping them come to life. I have a love for the
live music industry and have worked as a stage
hand, to a light and video technician, as well as
a carpenter. My goal is to build an experience for
an audience. To transport them to a different
place, where all walks of life come together for a
single night, sharing the same love.

attending Full Sail and expanding my online reputation and my

Mid Term: (2028)
• Establish my own production company.
‣ To reach this goal I will use my education in Business and
Business Law to create my own corporation and take the
necessary steps by establishing my online reputation, become

have my production company take over live music production. I
hope to expand not just in the production, but also work with
talent against, booking, merchandise, and ticket sales.

With Live Music back in action after COVID-19,

lifetime. I am taking my education, my onsite learning of audio/video,
lighting, carpentry over many tours and conventions, and putting it into

GOALS Short Term: (Immediately After Graduation, 2024) • Get a Directors job right out of graduation. ‣ I will do this by continuing to move up the industry ladder while attending Full Sail and expanding my online reputation and my social network. ‣ Increasing my presence on LinkedIn and making connections with at least 10 industry leaders by Spring 2024. Mid Term: (2028) • Establish my own production company. ‣ To reach this goal I will use my education in Business and Business Law to create my own corporation and take the necessary steps by establishing my online reputation, become well educated in the production fi eld, and connect with a possible business partner. ‣ I Will speci fi cally get the required paperwork done by Fall 2026, and fi nd the proper investors by the beginning of 2027, and have a functioning company by 2028. Long Term: (2038) • See the success of my company. ‣ In 20 years I would like my company to be competing with companies similar to Live Nation. My ultimate career goal is to have my production company take over live music production.
