This document describes the PERMIDES project, which aims to advance digital innovation in personalized medicine by facilitating cross-sectoral collaboration between biopharma and IT small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The project will identify innovation barriers, develop solution strategies, and link biopharma and IT SMEs to overcome these barriers through open calls, matchmaking events, an online platform, and innovation vouchers of up to €60,000 to support cross-sectoral innovation projects. The goal is to digitalize biopharma SMEs' value chains and provide direct innovation support to help advance personalized medicine.
