mystery audit of their agents and dealers

both type of internal and external clients

give advice to the recovery team that how they will convince
their defaulters for repayments of loans

5. Learning
This live project was very formative for me in this I have
improved on many things and learned lot of things that I think
would be useful for me in the future.
Some of them are as given below:-
 PROFESSIONAL:
 Learned how to manage and plan the works and job
 Developed skills to interact with the corporates and understand
their perspective
 PERSONAL:
 Developed confidence
 Developed interpersonal skills
 I have also developed a skill to read non-verbal cues of a
person in a conversation
 Learned to become focused towards our work
 Learned how to convince others to make the ease of work and
duty assigned

6. Suggestions
 They can expand into other cities
 They can launch their own multi-level marketing
platform
 Adhere to a office schedule
 They should keep proper database and handle work with
patience
 Training sessions for both new and existing employees
 Should start 4 wheeler and other loans like
entertainment loan etc.
 Analysis of showrooms and minimize the % of showroom
wise defaulters
