The People Smart Leader workshop provides managers with tools to increase self-awareness of their own management styles and better understand the behavioral styles of their direct reports. During the workshop, managers learn to identify sources of performance problems, improve communication with their team, and optimize their management approach for each individual. Participants receive customized materials including assessments of their own style and their team members', allowing insights into how each person communicates, delegates, solves problems, and more. The all-day workshop is intended for front-line managers, supervisors, and directors who oversee teams.

Our PEOPLE SMART LEADER workshop gives participants the tools and perspectives they need to develop increased self-
awareness and a thorough understanding of what drives their day-to-day management behaviors. In addition to securing a
firm grasp of their own management styles, an expert PI facilitator will help them identify the behavioral styles of their direct
reports. Utilizing insights gained during the workshop, managers will be able to pinpoint the source of performance problems,
spark a more productive dialogue with their team members, and optimize their management styles to best meet the needs of
individual team members.
