Hydroponics can help save more water. Hydroponics is a system of
agriculture that utilizes nutrient-laden water rather than soil for plant
nourishment. How to save water is an increasing challenge nowadays.
There are water shortages worldwide. Hydroponics is one way to save up to
85% of the water it takes to grow our food.
Now Pegasus Agritech reviews its existing technologies to set up a better
way, which can effectively manage the conservation of more water.
Fundamentally, hydroponic plants cultivate in water. It also makes use of
substances such as the fibers from coconut shells or Styrofoam to keep the
plants in the right position. The roots float in water to provide all the
nutrition for the plants. This water works double-time by both quenching
the plants' thirst and feeding them.

help their technology to actually save more water than it currently does.
