Purpose: To teach associates behaviors to improve or maintain their health.
Wellness On-Boarding Material
• Worked with Abby Goenner, CPD Intern.
• Compiled a list of all the wellness resources & their descriptions
into a document for easy access.
Purpose: To give newly hired associates materials to reference regarding the
wellness resources PCMC offers.
Treat of the Week
• All 4 locations, All shifts
• Worked with members of the PCMC
Wellness Team to distribute.
Purpose: To educate associates on healthy snacking by providing nutrition facts &
demonstrating correct portion sizes.

Purpose: To provide associates with a wellness concept each week that they can
incorporate in their daily lives.
• Find interesting & valid articles
