 Parijat agrochemical group is a 25 years old Indian group in the field of 
Agrochemicals. Remarkably it accomplished its presence among 58 countries 
spanning 4 continents through a network of offices, production bases, product 
registrations, independent brands, and satisfied customers. 
 Founder: Keshav Anand 
 Parijat Industries (India) Pvt Ltd (Parijat) is engaged in the manufacture and 
sale of agrochemicals. 
 The company is promoted by the Anand family who have a moderately long 
experience in the agrochemicals business having been engaged in it since 
2001 under their other business entity Parijat Agencies which was into 
agrochemical exports (trading). Later, this other entity was merged into Parijat 
for better operational integration. The company is a closely held entity with 
100% shareholding being with the promoters, their friends and family 
members. Parijat’s sole manufacturing unit is located at Ambala in Haryana 
with an installed capacity of 7000 MTPA/KL.
