•Sourcing the profiles through Job portals (Shine, Monster India and Times jobs), Referrals,
Networks etc.
• Scheduling of Interviews for the short listed candidates as per the convenience of the
candidates and the clients.

• Briefing the job description to the candidates, assessing their interest on the requirement and
checking the suitability of the profile.
