Pantograph valve
The movement of pantograph is controlled by air bellow lifting device below to gas path,
and gas path is controlled by a solenoid valves.

1.Check-up before commissioning
1)Check pantograph for damage to paintwork,
deformed parts, missing parts or loose connections
on:
-pantograph in general
-carbon strips
-current connectors.

2) Check all fastening screws and connecting
elements of connections made as well as the
electrical connections are tightened with the specified
torque and are locked as specified.

2.Raising time/ Lowering time
1)Raising time
to decrease the raising pantograph time turn
clockwise, to increase turn counter clockwise

3.Check the contact force
The contact force is to
be set to the mean value
of 70 N at standstill
How To adjust the contact force ?
to increase the contact
force turn clockwise, to
decrease turn counter
clockwise.

4. Air tightness tests
Two windpipes connected valve panel originally, one
connecting wind fountain (MAIN COMPRESSOR), the other connecting gas
storage crock now. Then, inflate about 3.8~4.0 bar air pressure
a few minutes and afterwards shut the wind fountain. Finally, to
daub suds on entire gas route joint. If it leak out screwed down
or replaced the gas-action component.
The pressure in the tank shall
not decrease by more than 5 %
of the initial pressure after 10
min.

Control circuit / air pipe line/ bearing
3.Unable lowering pantograph
