JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Planning day to day production to achieve the Goal
 Supervising hourly production as per stage or as per time cycle or capacity
 Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.
 Handling skilled manpower and administration of shop floor.
 Development of operator through multi skill or skill matrix.
 Daily arrange planning meeting with team for the achievement of Goal
 Ensured proper housekeeping and coordinating with workers.
 Utilization of manpower accurately.
 Troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
 Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement.
 Preserving discipline according to safety rules.
 Implementation of safety audits, 5'S.
 Conducting continuous improvement projects for the further cost effectiveness
 Encouraging activities for new product development.
 Maintaining documents related to Production
 Work for various Cost saving projects under KAIZEN.
 Develop the working procedure or SOP, Process flow charts & related document.

required specifications.
 To perform various electrical/ mechanical tests on domestic (Juicer Mixer & Grinders,
Mixers, & to assure that the products adheres to the specifications as defined by source
 Organizing meetings for production failure/ Line rejections & improvement.
 Handling new product development; maintaining best quality with minimum rejection.
 Process development & In-process Quality Control.
 Maintaining required documentation regarding quality (Quality plans, Drawing, Defect
analysis reports)
 Training evaluation for Workers.
 Making analysis on Defects raised during production & providing solutions for the
problems.
