This document describes a three-pronged approach to support developmental writing students that coordinates instruction between the classroom, learning center, and library. It aims to increase student engagement and long-term success through dedicated instruction from a librarian and academic coach. Students receive personalized meetings to set goals, learn time management, and receive referrals to other support services as needed. Barriers to success like difficulty evaluating sources or organizing papers are addressed. The program assesses outcomes through assignments, feedback forms, and class statistics.

Research questions: Does the white teachers really have bias against the black children towards their behaviors in school?
I would like to get my feedback on the grammar, ideas of the entire paper, what to write on the conclusion, or any change I should make in the sources?
Intro:
In the history of the United States, the war is not only about the out wars, it is also an inner war that was between the colors, regions, and the races. Even now people have more open thoughts than the back of the years, yet we still suffering from the discrimination because of our color. Not only does the adult need to fight with the war, the kids also suffer from the issue of the color. Many black children in today’s United States still experiencing a discrimination from not only their classmates, neighbors, strangers, but also from their teachers. Teachers' bias against the black children is one of the problems that the United States is facing. To be a teacher, teachers should be careful with student’s feelings instead of saying things without thoughts.
Writing this paper brings me back to my history class when I was in highschool, I still remember how strong my feeling was when I saw the picture of burning the black people by the whites, being unbelievable it has happened in our real life. I want to explore this problem which has occured for hundreds of years and is still very common in the year of 2020.
Body paragraph1:
“Teachers' Implicit Bias against Black Students Starts in Preschool, Study Finds.”
To compare the reactions and relationships between white teachers and black students, having a test on the teacher and the children is a credible activity to do. It shows the evidence of a reality. The research is about the eye-tracking technology on which child teachers are more identified. The result of the research came out as 42% of the teachers identified the black boys. Is that a good result? Why does almost half of the teachers identify the black boys? Is it because the black students behave badly? In the article, it has shown that the teachers have lower expectations of the black students in school than white students.
This is a credible article for me since there is evidence from the researchers and they really put a test between the students and teachers. The purpose of this article is to understand the expectation from teachers to black students and white students. Their behavior is worth observing. This became helpful to my topic because it shows whether the bias is occurring from teacher to between whites and black students. Compared to the score gap, the expectation is also important because it is also involved in the bias implicit towards the black students.
Body paragraph 2:
“Eye-tracking technology shows that preschool teachers have implicit bias against black boys”
The researchers used eye-tracking technology to watch over white teachers to black students. To understand how the te ...

Essay 3 Is College the Best OptionAssignmentThe authors oTanaMaeskm
Essay 3: Is College the Best Option?
Assignment:
The authors of the readings/videos (listed below) from Unit 3 explore whether college is the best option for everyone. For Essay 3, you will choose a topic from one (or more) of these readings/videos that you would like to explore in depth. Next, you will extensively research your topic. During this process, you should consider your opinions about your topic and begin to formulate a thesis for your final paper. Your thesis must be argumentative. You will not inform the reader about the topic; you will persuade the reader.
In your essay, you will persuade the reader to accept the argument set forth in your thesis using a combination of your own opinions and the opinions of third parties (i.e., by incorporating secondary sources), which is discussed in more detail below.
Requirements:
1. Length: 1,200-1,500 words (which is longer than the previous essays)
2. Your essay must relate to the topics presented in the readings for Unit 3: Is College the Best Option?
3. Your thesis must be argumentative (i.e., persuasive).
4. You must include at least four scholarly sources.
5. You must include at least onequote from each of your four sources.
6. You must use only articles from peer-reviewed scholarly journals for this essay. Failing to use scholarly sources will result in a 10-point deduction for each non-scholarly source. For example, if you include two non-scholarly sources in your essay, there will be a 20-point deduction. Therefore, it is crucial that you use scholarly sources.
Note: If you are using Google to locate sources, then it is highly unlikely that you are choosing scholarly articles. Your safest option is to use the library databases (e.g., ProQuest, JStor, and Academic OneFile) to find sources. If you do not know how to access/use the library databases, please see the "Library Research Tutorials" section in Content. If you do not know how to distinguish scholarly journals from popular periodicals, please see the "Evaluating Research Sources" module under Content. In addition, you will want to review the Vanderbilt University Video Tutorial about Scholarly vs. Non-Scholarly Sources, which is posted under Content.
7. You must include a Works Cited page that conforms to TheMLA Handbook, 8th edition citation style.
8. You must include correct MLA parenthetical/in-text citations.
9. You must properly introduce, present, and cite all direct quotes.
10. Your tone should be formal.
· Avoid first person pronouns (i.e., I, me, my, we, us)
· Avoid second person (i.e., you, your) pronouns.
· Avoid contractions (i.e., isn’t, doesn’t, won’t, etc.)
· Avoid slang.
· Avoid clichés.
· Use correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
· State your opinions as facts. Phrases like the following weaken your argument:
· In my research, I found that . . .
· In this essay, I will discuss . . .
· I believe that . . .

After a thorough self-assessment, I came up with a personal SWOT a.docxcoubroughcosta
After a thorough self-assessment, I came up with a personal SWOT analysis that took into account my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This discussion inquires me about my strengths and opportunities. Regarding my strengths, first of all, when I was engaged in a certain task, I was very forced. For example, I spent a lot of time completing my tasks and being proactive in all forums. I also have a strong ability to track activities. In addition, I boast of a balance between work and life. I am able to go to class, go to work, and take care of my family. I am an ambitious person and I am very interested in courses, research, research and leadership. I also have the ability to write well. I always like to write academics and technology. This has greatly improved my calligraphy by hand and numbers.
On discovery of my potential strengths, I have further realized and identified various opportunities that are open to me; so that I can improve my strengths and gradually overcome my weaknesses. First, I am able to involve other people to provide feedback about their experiences when interacting with me. This way, I will be able to rectify where possible. Moreover, I have the opportunity to receive coaching in order to better my leadership skills and personal skills. In order to be able to make my deliberations quickly, I have the chance to improve my aptitude to ensure quick completion of tasks assigned. This way, I will be able to learn from other people and develop equanimity about various tasks.
Ending this discussion, I believe my best interest area lies in writing and I am willing to improve it even more in near future.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

Overview: The point of this essay is to explore those
influences in our lives that have shaped who we are and how
we see the world. This essay assignment asks you to consider
a key skill, lesson, or personal trait you have learned from a
family member. You could also consider why a traditional
event is important to your heritage. Remember, the focus is
on the lesson.
20. “When a child is young it is such an
important time to build bonds and teach life
skills. This helps children who are deprived of
these opportunities. When I was younger, my
mom and dad taught me a lot by having a family
game night with my sister and me every weekend.
They wanted to have family time to teach us and
pass down valuable lessons to use with our own
families. Again for a child, even just something
like family game night can teach us life lessons,
strategies that can be passed down and develop
child’s character on who they will be when they
are an adult.”
21. “For a child, your biggest role models are your parents.
However, in my situation my biggest negative role model was my
father. My father was the kind of person who taught me everything
about what not to do in life. My father taught me three important life
skills, one, he taught me that being selfish gets you nowhere in life
and it makes people not like you. Two, he taught me how lying does
nothing but get you in trouble. And third, he taught me how cheating
can ruin lives. “
22. “Every child growing up deserves to have both parents in
the picture. If one leaves then the development [of] the
thought process and in essence the person is changed
entirely. But the change doesn’t need to be for used in a
bad way, what if the child takes the negative and uses it
as a [positive] standard later in life? There are people like
me, who have faced head on severe lessons in life and
turned the negatives into a type of motivation to change
the future. In this essay I will tell the story of my making
and the lessons I learned in the t[m]aking of this life. “
23. In Closing
It sometimes takes courage to
persevere, but with a support team
promoting goal setting and
academic success, the student can
stand tall.
