Overcoming Insomia
Do you know that Insomia is a sleep disorder? What is the cause of this kind of
sleep disorder? How we can deal with this kind of sleep disorder? Can it be treated?
Insomia is a sleep disorder that affect the sleep of a person that cause him/her
hardness in falling asleep. Insomnia is a high prevalent sleep disorder that regularly
affects millions of people worldwide. The symptoms of Insomia is not just hardness to
fall asleep, you can also feel hardness to stay asleep, Insomia commonly leads to
daytime sleepness, lethargy, and general feeling of being unwell both mentally and
physically. The main cause of Insomia is the stress. When you anguished by personal
problems and depression, the lifestyle factors like changes in sleep schedules, staying
up late all night, jet log, partying, overlong naps and erratic hours. You can also get
Insomia in environment factor like noise, uncomfortable bed and soft mattress. There
are 3 types of Insomia. The Acute, Transient Inssomia that last from one night to a few
days, is it often caused by temporary changes in our lives such as, Traveling, changes in
schedule, worries and depression. The light Insomia that last no longer than three
weeks. That causes by illness, physical disorder or by periods of circumstantial stress.
The chronic insomnia that last for a months and sometimes even year. The good thing is
that, Insomia have treatment, it can be treat by means of Psychological and behavioral
techniques like relaxation training, stimulus control, sleep restriction and cognitive
therapy.
We should know the things that can help us to prevent insomnia. The national
sleep foundation recommends to have a sleep set schedule so that you can stick to a
regular bed time routine. Second, you must also eat well so you can sleep well too. You
must also cut the intake of caffeine because it can also increase nighttime urination and
otherwise adversely impact your sleep. You should also try and perform some yoga for
you to relax your mind and body. Even a short medication can help. You can also eat
fruits and vegetable specially cherries, because cherries are a great melatonin levels.
You should also stop smoking and drinking alcohol it can provide more stress instead
you must have proper exercise.
Conclusion
Insomnia is a sleep disorder that affect our body physical and mentally. It is a
sleep disorder that have treatment and can be treated by the way of psychological and
behavioral techniques. But the best way to treat your insomnia is to keep yourself from
things that will make you stressed. Because this kind of disorder can affect your daily
life and daily routine in life like your jobs etc.
Ilegal na Droga
Ang drogaay isa sa nangungunang dahilan ng pagkakawatak-watak at pagkasira
ng isang pamilya. Droga rin ang dahilan nang pagkasira nang buhay at pangarap ng
ilang mga kabataan. Sinisira nang droga ang isipan nang bawat mamamayan.
Ang isyu nang Droga ay hindi lamang isang ordinary at maliit na suliranin nang
Bayan. Dahil ang bentahan at paggamit nang illegal na Droga ay talamak na sa bansa.
Pababa na nang pababa ang edad nang mga kabataang nagiging biktima nito, ito ang
dahilan kung bakit dapat nang magtulungan ang gobyerno at mamamayan upang
tuldukan na ang suliranin nang ating bansa sa illegal na droga.
Paglalahad ng Suliranin
 Paano ba matutulungan at mailalayo ang mga kabataan na maging biktima ng
illegal na Droga?
 Bakit kailangan nang masolusyunan ang suliranin sa illegal na droga sa
medaling panahon?
 Sino ba ang dapat manguna upang isulong ang paglaban sa illegal na droga?
Layunin
 Tulungan ang mga mamamayan lalo na ang mga kabataan na ilayo sa
masamang bisyo.
 Panatilihin ang kapayapaan at bigyan na kaligtasan ang bawat isa sa bawat
komyonidad
 Ilayo ang bawat isa sa tuluyang pagkasira nang katawan sanhi ng illegal na
droga.
Kabanata II
 Maari nating tulungan ang mga kabataan na ilayo sa illegal na droga. Maaari
natin silang bigyan ng libangan, trabaho o ano mang bagay na maaari nilang
pagtulungan nang pansin, mga bagay na mas magiging makahulugan ang buhay
nila. Gaya nga nang trabaho, sports at iba pa.
 Nararapat na solusyunan na ang droga sa laong medaling panahon dahil mas
lalong dumarami ang buhay at pamilya na sinisira nito.
 Kailangan nang pagtutulungan upang sugpuin ang illegal na droga. Pero mas
magiging madali at mabilis ito sa tulong at pangunguna ng gobyerno pagtulong
nang mga nasa posisyon.
Kabanata III
Ang illegal na droga ay isa sa pangunahing dahilan na pagkasira nang buhay
nang mamamayan lalong-lalo na sa mga kabataan. Masuerte tayo dahil hindi tayo
nalulong sa masamang bisyo na ito dahil ang droga ay salot sa lipunan at sinisira nito
ang ating katawan.
May pag-asa pa para sa mga nalulong sa illegal na droga, nasa kanila kung
paano nila babaguhin ang kanilang kapalaran. Tanging panalangin at pag-unawa ang
tanging maitutulong natin para sa kanila.

  • 1. Overcoming Insomia Do you know that Insomia is a sleep disorder? What is the cause of this kind of sleep disorder? How we can deal with this kind of sleep disorder? Can it be treated? Insomia is a sleep disorder that affect the sleep of a person that cause him/her hardness in falling asleep. Insomnia is a high prevalent sleep disorder that regularly affects millions of people worldwide. The symptoms of Insomia is not just hardness to fall asleep, you can also feel hardness to stay asleep, Insomia commonly leads to daytime sleepness, lethargy, and general feeling of being unwell both mentally and physically. The main cause of Insomia is the stress. When you anguished by personal problems and depression, the lifestyle factors like changes in sleep schedules, staying up late all night, jet log, partying, overlong naps and erratic hours. You can also get Insomia in environment factor like noise, uncomfortable bed and soft mattress. There are 3 types of Insomia. The Acute, Transient Inssomia that last from one night to a few days, is it often caused by temporary changes in our lives such as, Traveling, changes in schedule, worries and depression. The light Insomia that last no longer than three weeks. That causes by illness, physical disorder or by periods of circumstantial stress. The chronic insomnia that last for a months and sometimes even year. The good thing is that, Insomia have treatment, it can be treat by means of Psychological and behavioral techniques like relaxation training, stimulus control, sleep restriction and cognitive therapy. We should know the things that can help us to prevent insomnia. The national sleep foundation recommends to have a sleep set schedule so that you can stick to a regular bed time routine. Second, you must also eat well so you can sleep well too. You must also cut the intake of caffeine because it can also increase nighttime urination and otherwise adversely impact your sleep. You should also try and perform some yoga for you to relax your mind and body. Even a short medication can help. You can also eat
  • 2. fruits and vegetable specially cherries, because cherries are a great melatonin levels. You should also stop smoking and drinking alcohol it can provide more stress instead you must have proper exercise. Conclusion Insomnia is a sleep disorder that affect our body physical and mentally. It is a sleep disorder that have treatment and can be treated by the way of psychological and behavioral techniques. But the best way to treat your insomnia is to keep yourself from things that will make you stressed. Because this kind of disorder can affect your daily life and daily routine in life like your jobs etc.
  • 3. Ilegal na Droga Ang drogaay isa sa nangungunang dahilan ng pagkakawatak-watak at pagkasira ng isang pamilya. Droga rin ang dahilan nang pagkasira nang buhay at pangarap ng ilang mga kabataan. Sinisira nang droga ang isipan nang bawat mamamayan. Ang isyu nang Droga ay hindi lamang isang ordinary at maliit na suliranin nang Bayan. Dahil ang bentahan at paggamit nang illegal na Droga ay talamak na sa bansa. Pababa na nang pababa ang edad nang mga kabataang nagiging biktima nito, ito ang dahilan kung bakit dapat nang magtulungan ang gobyerno at mamamayan upang tuldukan na ang suliranin nang ating bansa sa illegal na droga.
  • 4. Paglalahad ng Suliranin  Paano ba matutulungan at mailalayo ang mga kabataan na maging biktima ng illegal na Droga?  Bakit kailangan nang masolusyunan ang suliranin sa illegal na droga sa medaling panahon?  Sino ba ang dapat manguna upang isulong ang paglaban sa illegal na droga? Layunin  Tulungan ang mga mamamayan lalo na ang mga kabataan na ilayo sa masamang bisyo.  Panatilihin ang kapayapaan at bigyan na kaligtasan ang bawat isa sa bawat komyonidad  Ilayo ang bawat isa sa tuluyang pagkasira nang katawan sanhi ng illegal na droga.
  • 5. Kabanata II  Maari nating tulungan ang mga kabataan na ilayo sa illegal na droga. Maaari natin silang bigyan ng libangan, trabaho o ano mang bagay na maaari nilang pagtulungan nang pansin, mga bagay na mas magiging makahulugan ang buhay nila. Gaya nga nang trabaho, sports at iba pa.  Nararapat na solusyunan na ang droga sa laong medaling panahon dahil mas lalong dumarami ang buhay at pamilya na sinisira nito.  Kailangan nang pagtutulungan upang sugpuin ang illegal na droga. Pero mas magiging madali at mabilis ito sa tulong at pangunguna ng gobyerno pagtulong nang mga nasa posisyon.
  • 6. Kabanata III Ang illegal na droga ay isa sa pangunahing dahilan na pagkasira nang buhay nang mamamayan lalong-lalo na sa mga kabataan. Masuerte tayo dahil hindi tayo nalulong sa masamang bisyo na ito dahil ang droga ay salot sa lipunan at sinisira nito ang ating katawan. May pag-asa pa para sa mga nalulong sa illegal na droga, nasa kanila kung paano nila babaguhin ang kanilang kapalaran. Tanging panalangin at pag-unawa ang tanging maitutulong natin para sa kanila.
