В чем же ж такая разница? А в том что Украина страна которая в основном экспортирует ресурсы (металл, зерно) - продукты с низкой добавленной стоимостью.
И как бы нам не было обидно и как бы мы не гордились своей IT индустрией, по факту мы тоже продаем ресурс только в этом случае интеллектуальный
Мы продаем металл в Европу
И покупаем обратно продуты с высокой добавленной стоимостью

С моей точки зрения Outsourcing в том формат в который он сейчас развивается напоминает торговлю ресурсом без дополнительной экспертизы. то есть я вполне бы его определил как сырьевой бизнес.

Основные силы которые управляют Аутсорсинг это HR и Sales
У HR KPI’s нанять больше людей
У Sales продать больше людей
А где же ценность Создание Продукта?
Где в этом всем сила которая скажет. Оуу а что это за новый клиент подписан у которого нет видение на то как строить бизнес? А что это за команда такая выделена которая не способна построить полноценный продукт?
Где та сила которая скажет Enough is Enough мы не будем больше расти пока качество не выйдет на необходимый уровень?
По факту такой силы нет. Потому что зачастую качественный продукт не есть ценность для владельцев и топов бизнеса.
А если это не ценность то и движения в эту сторону нет. Сотрудники которые хотят делать что-то осмысленное быстро выгорают, теряют мотивацию, и идут играть в теннис.
А что делает Ретеншен отдел? Правильно проводит опросы и на основании полученных результатов заказывает больше теннисных столов в офис

По факту такой силы нет. Потому что зачастую качественный продукт не есть ценность для владельцев и топов бизнеса.
А если это не ценность то и движения в эту сторону нет. Сотрудники которые хотят делать что-то осмысленное быстро выгорают, теряют мотивацию, и идут играть в теннис.
А что делает Ретеншен отдел? Правильно проводит опросы и на основании полученных результатов заказывает больше теннисных столов в офис
А мы вообще можем называть эти компании IT?
Был у нас очень интересный кейс, как-то к нам в гости приходил C-level executive из известной компании которая входит в топ три
Мы ему показали какие у нас подходы в построении продуктов и как мы автоматизируем процессы
Он все это послушал посмотрел и говорит “А вы можете нам построить автоматизацию, наша команда уже который год борется с проблемой никак не могут заделивирить что-то вразумительное”
То-есть большенство наших Outsourcing компаний не имеют внутренней экспертизы как правильно строить продукт
Моя презентация называется “Outsourcing - тупик” но я не считаю что любой сервисный бизнес это тупик. я не отношусь к тем кто кричит Сервисные компании это зло а Продукты - это прекрасный сад с единорогами (две картинки с галерами и райским садом). За последние 15 лет я имел возможность поработать в различных компаниях. как в продуктовых так и в сервисных и все не так однозначно.)

Мы пошли чуть другим путем. Мы в начале реформировали то как создаются продукты для клиентов и отталкиваемся от этих знаний и умений чтобы движемся в сторону разработки собственных продуктов. Постоянно расширяя горизонты своих умений
К нам в Railsware часто приходят клиенты после неудачного опыта с аутсорсинг командами и просят чтобы мы им показывали CV кто будет работать и просят даже провести собеседование. То есть у них доверие к этой системе отсутствует. Обычно мы CV-ками не кидаемся.
Когда вы пользуетесь услугами авиакомпании вы ж не просите CV пилотов, вы доверяете системе. Но если бы бизнес авио перевозок был также организован как аутсорсинг то мы бы каждый день наблюдали катострофы. Ну представьте что у отдела продаж авиокомпании стоят KPI на увеличение перелетова иначе в конце квартала не будет сочного бонуса и они садят в самолеты пилотов без соответствующей квалификации а их в свою очередь нанял HR отдел так как у них тоже все упирается в количество нанятых людей. Причем и HR и Sales понимают что так не должно быть, но закрывают глаза так как система работает таким образом и кто они такие чтобы ее менять.
Ценности это компас в нашей жизни и в жизни компании. Многие говорят о них в маркетинговых материалах но не многие действительно в них верят. Или часто ценности и мисси делают очень абстрактными что под них можно подставить любую компанию. Make a world a better place!
Ценности определяют Цели! Ты не будешь ставить цель каждое утро бегать или заниматься спортом если здоровый образ жизни не является твоей ценности.
36% украинцев никогда не ездила за пределы свое области! Для них увидеть другие города не ценность.
Еще раз Ценности это основа для наших целей. Я попытался найти публичные цели топовых аутсорсинг компаний и нигде я не нашел создание продуктов как ценность, что совпадает с тем что мы наблюдаем
С нашей точки зрения Ценность разрабатывать качественные продукты при этом постоянно улучшая свои профессиональные навыки гораздо важнее роста дохода или числа команды.
Доход - это ресурс для дальнейшего развития, но ради его роста мы ни в коем случае не будет жертвовать своими ценностями.
Еще раз хочу подчеркнуть что Ценности это Основа!
Я уверяю вас что если бы у нашего ИТ сообщества была ценность Фанатичное Развитие Навыков и Качество производимого продукта то мы бы все вместе генерировали гораздо больше дохода. И у нас было бы гораздо больше классных продуктов которыми мы гордимся. Но что бы это случилось у компаний которые на рынке должны быть те же ценности. А таких компаний к сожалению меньшинство.
(опциональное: Рост дохода мы расцениваем исключительно как инструмент который даст возможность достигнуть определенных целей которые в свою очередь не нарушают основных ценностей.)
(Я к чему собственно подвожу, к тому что без продуктов и высокой добавочной стоимости мы будем достаточно бедной страной с постоянным оттоком самых талантливых профессионалов)
Я хотел бы поделиться с вами одним реальным случаем который в свое время заставил нас сильно задуматься и пересмотреть видение куда мы хотим идти. Посети был одним из факторов чтобы двинуться в сторону Product Studio
Для одного из наших клиентов которого не могу называть (NDA) мы построили продукт. Причем продукт не содержал сверх крутой идеи и в принципе он мог бы и не взлететь если бы мы его делали в том виде котором изначально хотел клиент. Перейдем снова к цифрам
Над проектом работало в активной фазе 9 инженеров. При наших рейтах $75/час это около $1.3 Mln в год
В тоже время продукт генерировал доход $10+ Mln в год

Мне бы очень хотелось убедить вас начать делать свои продукты, или по крайней мере начать движение в эту сторону)
(options)Уверен что многие из вас подумали, зачем нас убеждать мы и так знаем что это круто.
Но при том что все мечтают создать продукт, реально стартуют единицы, остальные же боятся двинуться в эту сторону, в основном потому что не имеют понимания/плана как это сделать.

Сколько запустило и смогло довести до состояния чтобы появились реальные пользователи?

Скажу честно для меня сделать мир лучше никогда не было мотивацией :)
