The group chat messages showed ideas for locations, storylines, and footage for a music video. Members shared a video of a field they thought would make a good filming location due to its isolation and atmosphere. They also shared photos from a productive media lesson where they analyzed lyrics and came up with ideas for what they wanted the video to be about. One member was inspired by a split screen idea from TV and suggested it could show two parts of the character's life. Another shared concert footage that could show exciting parts of the character's life contrasting boring parts. The messages documented their final music video idea with shots, characters, locations, and desired feelings to convey the character's emotion and story to the audience.

2. Why make a group chat?
We made a group chat on WhatsApp in order to stay in contact even when we are
not at school. By doing this we are able to discuss our ideas and arrange to meet up
on certain occasions so we can do some filming and so on.
This presentation slide will show you the most important parts of our group chat
where we have shared ideas about locations, storylines and potential footage for our
music video.

8. The group messages shown in the previous slide show our final idea for our music video. The messages show
what kind of cinematography shots we will use for each shot, who will be featured in the shot, what location
we will use for each shot and what we want the character to feel whilst in the shot in order to get across
emotion to the audience and for them to understand what’s happening to the character in the video.
These messages we have been able to use to make blog posts out of, much like this one but the messages
from the previous slide especially because we were able to do a blog post of our final ideas meaning we can
now start filming for our music video.
