Analysis Of Dream A Little Dream Of Me
First recorded in 1931 by Oswald George Nelson, known as Ozzie Nelson, with his orchestra,
Dream a Little Dream of Me came into existence. Two days later, after Ozzie Nelson had recorded
Dream a Little Dream of Me , the song was again recorded on February 18, 1931 by orchestra
leader and musician Wayne King. Since those first two recordings of Dream a Little Dream of Me
there have been approximately 60 versions by many well known artists of which included Mama
Cass Elliotin 1968 with the group The Mama s and The Papa s.
The Music:
Dream a Little Dream of Me is a classic song that has stood the test of time in popularity from
1931 to 2017. Over the course of eighty six years, Dream a Little Dream of Me has been
recorded and released by many well known artists including Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong,
Doris Day and Cass Elliot. Lyrics by Gus Kahn and the music was composed by Fabian Andre
and Wilbur Schwandt. All of the renditions of the song Dream a Little Dream of Me are different
in their own way with different styles and tempos. In this paper my focus will be on the recording
by Cass Elliot in 1968. Based upon the www.npr.org website, Dream a Little Dream of Me sold
nearly seven million copies almost 40 years after the music was composed by two relatively
unknown musicians, Fabian Andre and Wilbur Schwandt.

Food Production Essay
The Production of meat in the United States and Argentina is a huge commodity to both of the
countries development, because both countries ranked in the top five meat consumption list
according to Forbes. The idea that food production occurs mainly in less developed countries is
contradictory, according to the rankings of the top food producers in the world. Looking at specific
countries and comparing the top three development indicators is an effective way of showing
development because it categorizes life expectancy, education, gross national income, and adds a
fourth dimension in carbon emissions. Food production is said to negatively affect a countries
development but this statement can be proven false by evaluating two specific... Show more content

The countries are ranked on how well their nation is doing with each specific development
index. The three indicators that were put into place effectively indicate and show development
because they cover the key aspects of Human Development listed above. Although the three
indicators of development are an effective way of seeing the true development of a country the
one important thing that it doesn t cover is the gross domestic product which really shows a
countries social well being and economic development. While the GDP has its strengths it also
has its weakness because its quality is not computed and distributive aspects are ignored. Social
well being can often be described as the GDP of a country but even though the U.S is ranked
number one in the world in GDP it is still not the top country when it comes to social well being.
If we take all aspects into consideration such as health and wellness, as well as personal safety
which is not considered in GDP the U.S would not even be in the top ten. According to a new breed
of country success metrics called Social Progress index created in 2015, the U.S ranked number
sixteen whereas Argentina ranked number thirty eight. Some people could argue that extensive
investments in green production and sustainable consumption can increase economic growth and
development without increasing the emissions of greenhouse gases. This could be the recipe for
success for a country because if a

Salomon Lopez Cover Letter Sample
I am writing this letter to recommend Salomon Lopez for admission into the master s program
at your university. I worked with Salomon 2 years ago at Operation Blessing International in San
Pedro Sula Honduras; our work there involved the use of cyclopoid Mesocyclops Longisetus, a
small crustacean, that fed on first instar container breeder Aedes mosquito larvae. The project
was aimed to help control Aedes larvae in wells, tires, and containers in Monte Verde, a small
town with a population of 1438. Men, women, pregnant women, and children were infected with
Zika. Salomon was instrumental with helping the researchers to help fight the spread of Zika and
dengue. Salomon s humanitarian work stretches far beyond the town of Monte Verde. His love
and dedication extended to individuals living in isolated parts of Honduras. Salomon has gone
beyond the call of duty to provide medical treatments to the people living in the foothills and
towns surrounding Honduras. He would go to those who couldn t get to a doctor s office and were
not able to pay for services.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

The Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) Essay
The Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), often referred to as the OSH Act, was enacted
in 1970 by President Richard M. Nixon. Its purpose is to assure safe and healthful working
conditions for men and women (EPA, 2006). The Act is administered and enforced at the national
level by the Occupational Safety and HealthAdministration, a division of the US Department of
Labor. The application of the OSH Act in the current employment climate will be discussed as it
applies to a variety of industries; considerations that are most applicable to the specific type of
industry will be discussed initially, and those that are equally important regardless of the type of
business will complete the section. Finally, this paper will discuss how the... Show more content on

These requirements fall under the Housekeeping section of OSHA s general requirements. Other
significant considerations include air quality, lighting considerations, and noise exposure.
Conscientious employers address air quality concerns by ensuring that routine maintenance for
heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units occurs at regularly scheduled intervals, and that
filters or pads are replaced according to manufacturer s specifications. Inadequate or inappropriate
lighting has been recently associated with migraine and vision disorders in some individuals
(Berkley, 2006). Employers must ensure that the lighting used in work environments meets OSHA
standards of brightness, spectrum, and stability (non flickering). Excessive noise in an office
environment can be generated by a number of factors including copy machines, computer servers,
printers, and mail processing machines. Business leaders must ensure that the noise produced by
this equipment is within acceptable limitations or that employees are provided with protective
equipment.
Organizations involved with the delivery of healthcare to humans or animals must observe a wider
variety of regulations under OSHA than office type work environments. The most primary issues to
which hospitals and veterinary clinics usually commit the most resources are procedures

Austranese And Japanese Cultural Differences
This essay aims to provide more information in regards to the differences between the Australian
and Japanese cultures, as well as fundamental insights into Japanese business etiquette and highlight
important steps for effective communication when making business in a foreign country. As the
Australian entrepreneur and owner of The Aromatic Condiment Shop Emily is looking to expand
her business deals in Japan it is paramount to make a favourable first impression and understand key
points to better navigate cultural differences and grow her business.
Cultural differences according to Adler involves the integrated and maintained system of socially
acquired values, beliefs, and rules of conduct which impact the range of accepted behaviors
distinguishable from one societal group to another . (Adler, N. J. (1997). International dimensions
of organizational behavior (3rd ed.). Cincinnati, OH: Shout Western College Publishing)
Cross cultural communication involves an understanding of how people from different cultures
speak, communicate, and perceive the world around them. This type of communication has become
fundamental to companies as well as entrepreneurs looking to grow their business, in addition to
being fundamental as the workplace has become more diverse. In this line is important to highligh
the concept of high and low context culture.

Does Juan Rulfo Criticise Modern Catholicism In Pedro Paramo
To what extent does Juan Rulfo criticise modern Catholicism in Pedro Paramo? Throughout the
novel, Pedro Paramo, the author Juan Rulfo uses imagery, conflict, foreshadowing and
juxtaposition to comment on the corruption of organized religion in the world, particularly the
Catholic Church. The small village where the novel is set, has become a prison for the souls who
remain and the local Priest abuses his position of authority to decide who will be blessed and be
released. The author juxtaposes the terrible surroundings and actions of the townspeople with the
purity of the religionthey believe in. The people of the town are betrayed by the one they are
supposed to idolize most, sin most egregiously and yet, even when they know that they are damned
to eternity, they continue to rely on their religion for salvation.
The story is set in Comala, which is introduced by the main character Juan and the voice of his
mother using strong imagery: The road rose and fell. It rises or falls whether you re coming or
going. If you are leaving, it s uphill; but as you arrive it s downhill. (4) The reader is immediately
given a sense that Juan is descending to a place that is easy to get to, but very difficult to leave. As
Juan enters the area near Comala and takes note of the intense heat, ... Show more content on

The Greek And Persian Empires
Throughout the years, many historians have acknowledged that the classical era was a time when
Greek and Persian Empires flourished. With that being said, from approximately 323 800 B.C.E.,
both the Greek and Persian Empire were experiencing periods of economic, political, and artistic
growth. The Persians, like the Greeks, were Indo Europeans, and were located by the Mediterranean
Sea, which consequently allowed Greeks and Persians to develop similarities. At this time, many
emerging civilizations lacked communication with other societies. Consequently, this enabled many
civilizations to established their own political systems, cultures, and religions. However, unlike

The Greeks were also located near the Mediterranean Sea. Ancient Greek culture was known for
its contributions to the architecture, science, mathematics, theatre and arts, and literature. The
Greeks also made the first significant, fundamental steps in science. The Greeks developed
specific scientific branches, such as zoology, biology, and anthropology. They were also known
for controlling the Persian Empire after the Persian War. King Alexander the Great initiated a
war with Persia, conquered and killed the last emperors. When they got ahold of Persians
important city, Persepolis, they burned it down. After Alexander, Greek culture spread out
throughout Persia and it was known as Hellenistic Era. (Lecture 10). Religion also separated the
Greeks and Persians. Persians placed a great emphasis on ritual, and practiced religious
autonomy or religious toleration. Also, Persia was known to have three distinct religions.
However, Zoroastrianism was considered the primary religion in Persia, because it was the first
monotheistic religion. This religion introduced the idea of a dualistic universe that focused on
good versus evil and heaven and hell (Lecture 8). The Persians were also committed to having
people convert to their religion. As for the Greeks, They did not recognize a single, exclusive, all
powerful God (Bentley 212). Greeks believed in mythology and in many different gods, such as

The caffeine improved by 3.1% between 120 to 292 seconds. The Red Bull improved by 2.8%
between 109 to 262 seconds. The trend of HR, RPE, and quadriceps muscle pain increased rapidly.
The average HR for caffeine vs. placebo was .068. The average HR for Red Bull vs. placebo was

of 10 from 2 participants from ingesting Red Bull. The participants said the pain was very sharp
feeling nauseated. The rest of the participants has a minor discomfort from the experiment less

Expectations Drive Perceptions By Annie Dillard
Expectations Drive Perceptions Annie Dillard, in her essay, Seeing, describes how each
individual sees and perceives differently. Dillard explains how a certain individual may see
something completely different than another. Each and every individual perceives situations and
views in their own way, depending on their expectations, their backgrounds, their experiences,
and their attitudes. When an individual expects to see something, typically that is what they see.
Because they are generally focused on seeing what they expect, the individual doesn t see or
notice the small things that are often important. One specific example of different perceptions is
school. Students perceive school in various ways, depending on what they expect. The thought
or action of going to school is perceived in various ways, depending on an individual s
expectations. Because they expect opportunities and rewards to come out of school, some
students perceive school as a wonderful place to be. To illustrate, Annie Dillard, in her essay,
Seeing, explains how expectations affect how a person sees, But if you cultivate a healthy poverty
and simplicity, so that finding a penny will literally make your day, then, since the world is in fact
planted in pennies, you have with your poverty bought a lifetime of days (Dillard 17). Dillard
means that if an individual expects the penny to contribute to their attitude or life, then it will. But,
if an individual expects the penny to be worthless, then it

Pros And Cons Of Building A Border Wall
Should the United States build a border wall? Many will procrastinate about this but in the end
there will be an outcome with what will happen as far as building a border wall. There are many
Pros and Cons to this single objective. Starting off with a Pro, Many say this is a racist act or a
sign of weakness coming from our President Donald Trump. But in some cases this is an essential
thing for the United Statesto do. This walltoo many is wrong to do because our media has a big
head on racial point along society today. In the long run a wall could be really beneficial as a
commodity for the security of our great nation.
Jeff Corwin stated that If this border wall actually happens, it will be an environmental
catastrophe. Essentially, what it s doing is cutting through nature s bridge, which connects Central
America to North America and South America. Which in many cases this can be supported but
then again many people work very hard to become a citizen in the United States for many to
come across the border to get here illegally and to most this is unfair. To make another main
statement given the rising global instability in North Korea and the Middle East with a strong and
supportive border it would be harder for terrorist to get their hands on biological, chemical or
radiological weapons. With an insecure border it makes it easier for them to bring them into the
United States and launch a devastating attack on the United States.

Vasovagal Syncope, also known as fainting, neurocardiogenic syncope, and neurally mediated
syncope, is a very common condition, occurring in roughly half of all people at least once within
their life; three percent of the population develops it repeatedly. It is not a serious condition.(2) A
vasovagal response involves a decrease in the volume of blood that is returned to the heart, which
enervates the baroreceptors(2) in the sympathetic nervous system to increase the force of each
contraction of the heart. Consequently, the opposing parasympathetic nervous system is alerted to
slow the heart rate and dilate the surrounding veins and arteries. These responses of the nervous
system cause the blood pressure to drop very low, causing syncope (loss of consciousness).(1)
Most patients are young and healthy, although vasovagal syncope can occur in the elderly
population that has preexisting cardiac problems. Extremely hot weather and blood alcohol levels
are typical triggers. Some patients suffer from several, often attacks, while others may only
experience them sporadically.(3)
While standing, the blood tends to settle in the legs.

Duality Of Apollo And Dionysus
This is particularly evident in the Ecce Homo s passages devoted to the duality of Apollo and
Dionysus. Here Nietzsche openly attacks this concept as a crypto Hegelian idea ruling over the
course of history. Moreover, he brands the same with the here clearly negative label of
metaphysicslii. Thus, as of 1888 and just before his eventual psychological collapse, we can see
how Nietzsche chastised some of his own early positions in the same way he did with Socratism .
These too are now nothing but expressions of dogmatic and one sided blindness, and thus obstacles
to the necessary self overcoming of humanity. However, we might ask how these criticisms square
with the appreciative comments about BT that we mentioned above, and in general with... Show

What changes is rather the understanding of art s content what in the late stages of his work
Nietzsche calls the Wisdom of Dionysus , an expression he already employs in BTlvii. However,
now this wisdom is not a source of consolation anymore, but rather of an attitude pushing toward
the affirmative overcoming of oneselflviii. This wisdom, flows from a proper metaphysical
understanding of life, which is now finally unbounded by any suspect metaphysical duality. Hence,
I hold that it is not too daring to see in this wisdom a new unblinded metaphysics that the author
resorts to herald in his 1880 s writings, and which also springs from the Will, now conceived as
Will to Power. If now the tension of Apollo and Dionysus falls in the field of Socratism , we can
still see in the satyrs chorus an anticipation of Nietzsche s later themes as he himself aknowledges
toward the end of the Attempt to Self Criticismlix. Simply, the affirmation of existence now takes
place without any reference to some metaphysical framework smelling of Socrates or even Hegel,
but rather in the drive of the Will to

The Haut Glacier D Arolla
Introduction
A model is a representation of reality, designed to generate outputs from inputs in an attempt to
understand system behaviour (Jones and Gomez, 2010). Many geographers refer to a model by
the classic definition from Kolars and Haggett, 1967: a simplified version of reality, built in order
to demonstrate certain of the properties of reality . Models are often known as analogies which is a
relationship of similarity between two things, a likeness in some function, effect, or circumstance
(Andrews, 1987). Analogue models are only one distinguished in physical geography. Conceptual,
physical and mathematical models are also used (Jones and Gomez, 2010).
Arnold et al., 1998 investigates the behaviour of the Haut Glacier d Arolla in Valais, Switzerland
to predict and explain how glacier drainage systems function. Barron and Washington, 1984, Cox
et al., 2000 and Gildor and Tziperman, 2001 all used a form of climate models. Barron and
Washington, 1984 aimed to explore past climatic change, by investigating the surface temperature
sensitivity by comparing present and cretaceous simulations. Similarly, Gildor and Tziperman, 2001
used a conceptual box model to investigate past climate change, based on oscillations of climate
systems. Cox et al., 2000 also used a climate model, however focussed on future climatic change,
rather than past. The final paper, by Burt and Butcher, 1986 uses a simple rainfall run off model to
explore the hillslope run off system.

Introduction
Missionary expansion throughout the centuries has taken a hard, often violent road. The expansion
of Christianity begins with the adherents of Jesus Christ and ended with the premature demise of
many of the disciples. In the centuries following the disciples, many missionaries were faced with
percussion and death as the gospel was proclaimed. As missionary expansion occurs throughout
the centuries, often times facing trial and difficulty, the question comes up; is the capital cost of
missionary expansion worth the monetary value? This paper will highlight many trials that have
been faced by three missionaries in particular and explain often by the words of these
missionaries why the enormous cost of missionary expansion is worth the cost. The thesis of this
paper is: everyone is called to preach the gospel; the calling of the missionary is called to live by
faith even when facing difficulty.

Revenge In Hamlet
Hamlet is one of the most influential and time withstanding plays of all time. Created by William
Shakespeare, Hamlet dabbles with the concepts of deceit, revenge, and death. Hamlet, the
protagonist in Hamlet, is confronted with the challenge of taking part in revenge for his father s
death, but he often finds himself lacking in taking action. Friedrich Nietzsche, a German
philosopher, accounts this lack of action for something far deeper than what lies on the surface. He
construes that Hamlet is burdened with the knowledge that deathtriumphs over all being. What
kills Hamlet s action is knowing that what lies in everyone s path is death and that since we all
die there is no point in correcting your earthly state, in Hamlet s case: getting revenge. This
explanation for Hamlet s delay, however, is not fully represented throughout the play. Hamlet has
his bouts of hope and prevalently believes in taking revenge. However, it s in his subconscious that
Nietzsche s statement holds true. Hamlet, fueled by his cynicism, slowly finds himself falling
deeper into this state of depression throughout the play. The farther he falls down this rabbit hole,
the clearer his understandings shine through from the beginning of the play. Hamlet s mind is
clouded with grief when he is first introduced. He likens everything of this earth as weary, stale,
flat, and unprofitable (I.ii.132), as if the mere thought of being on this earth is useless. Hamlet from

Correlation Between Alcohol And Alcohol
Results The amount of hours a person works a week is negatively correlated to an individual s
dependency to alcohol. The less hours a person works per week the more they will be dependent
on alcohol. On average, the individuals in the sample worked a low amount of hours a week (M
= 11.31, SD = 14.9) and had a moderately low dependency on alcohol (M = 31.11, SD = 14.26).
In addition, the confidence intervals looking at the amount of hours worked per week indicated
that the participants continued to work low hours (95% CI = [8.96, 13.83]). Along with, both the
upper and lower bounds of the alcohol decency score showing reaming consistent with a modestly
low dependency on alcohol (95% CI = [29.02, 33.58]).
When a Spearman s correlation analysis was used a negative correlation was found indicating
that a the less amount of hours a person worked a week the higher their dependency on alcohol
is. This correlation supported the hypotheses. A Spearman s correlation was used because thee
out of the four test for a normally distributed population were violated and the sample size was over
100. However, the correlation was not significant rs = .114, n = 152, p = .08 (one tailed).
The amount of hours worked in a week had an extremely small effect on a person s dependency to
alcohol r2 = .01. This incredibly small effect size is consistent with the results of the significance
test. With the correlation having no significance then it is accurate to say that a person s work
hours had

Organizations for People Fifty and Over Today
I believe that AARP is one of the leading organizations for people fifty and over today and known
worldwide. The initial process that brought this powerful group forward was the idea of
Dr.Ethyl Percy. Dr. Percy is an important figure for retired teachers in the 1940 s (International
Directory of Company Histories, 2009). Dr. Percy, is reflected as being the main female in
history that led a high school platform as principle (International Directory of Company
Histories, 2009). As retirement came forward, Dr. Percy had an interest in the well being of
colleagues that retired as she, and had little means to live on. With this in mind, Dr.Percy
initialized the National Retired Teachers Association beginning in 1947(International Directory
of Company Histories, 2009). This tremendous woman added a living structure for the retired
teachers and provided a nursing home, which she alone began. Dr. Percy joined forces with a
gentleman named Leonard Davis, in the event that health insurance was in need to help pay for
the facility. The Continental Casualty Company, which Mr. Davis was associated with, began
enrolling these retired teachers in need and opened up the first policy for them in
1956(International Directory of Company Histories, 2009). The proceeds were great as policies
distributed through the mail, and monetary proceeds began to add up very quickly. Dr. Percy
again paired up with Leonard Davis and invested excess proceeds gained from Leonard Davis and
hence, AARPwas a

Non Traditional Higher Education
A Non Traditional Higher Education At my age of thirty two years old, I keep hearing how I am
not taking the traditional route of going to school to earn a degree. This statement baffles me
because tradition is not always a good thing. In some aspects tradition breeds laziness, and corners
your personal views on any situation to fit a certain narrative or logic dictated by those that came
before you. My first cause for going with the non traditional route to schoolis that I m tired of being
crushed under the weight of an industry and greedy men. Second, I do not have anyone to support
other than myself; I have never been married or have children. Last, I feel I m better suited at my
age to passionately learn, and pursue a degree in Economics.... Show more content on

Being part of Generation Y I ve had faster access to more information than any other generation

questions that sum up economics. It can have such broad interests, but at the same time be
refined in its pursuit of answering whatever is being questioned. Much like myself I have broad
interests but like to be able to define myself by what I am doing. I believe it will be the best way

Process Validation Protocol and Report
Process validation Protocol and Report
Chapter 1: Introduction
In today s highly regulated environment for development and manufacturing of Pharmaceutical
/biopharmaceutical Drugs and medical devices there is a heavy requirement imposed by the
regulatory bodies, for the manufactures of drug products to provide an appropriate amount of
assurance that critical processes employed in producing a drug substance or drug product can be
shown to be both doing the right job, and doing the job right is often referred to as Validation.
FDA defines validation as. Validation is a documented program which provides a high degree of

conclusion. 8. Recommendations may also be made in the report
History of validation protocol and report:
Why validation and the associated validation protocol and report gained importance, below
mentioned is the brief history of the validation and its associated system
Prior to 1978 the pharmaceutical manufacturing was highly regulated, drug product quality and
sterility testing was based solely on finished product testing i.e. it was tested only at the final stage
of the release drug product this was clearly a major setback. For Sterile products USP Sterility
Testing was the sole criteria for releasing the drug product in to the market. The following incidents

Hernan Cortes Letters
Dear Isabel,
Throughout my years as an explorer, I have been to many different countries. I have also come in
contact with many people and learned about many different cultures. In most of the cities I have
been to, although the type of government system may vary, the one thing that tends to stay the the
same throughout these societies are the role of women and how they are treated in the everyday
world. Like in my most recent trip to Mexico, I had the opportunity to observe that the role of
women was extremely different from the role of men.
As I entered Mexico City, accompanied by my able exploring partner Jesus Rodriguez, I noticed
the wonderful sights and beautiful cities that lay on both sides of the lake known as Chalco. Many

Although Marina helped Cortes during his expeditions, many townspeople have very different
views of Dona Marina. If you ask some people about Dona Marina some will call her a traitor
because she helped aid the spaniards and helped the foreign rulers rise to power, others would
say she did what she had to do to survive. She had enough intelligence to learn multiple languages
and enough social skills to be a cultural mediator for foreigners who may have not necessarily
gotten along.4 Why is it that throughout her years serving Hernan Cortes , she isn t given a
higher title other than Hernan Cortes Translator. She was obviously more than this, yet due to
her background and sex all of her great accomplishments go unnoticed or even worse passed on
to the male who own s her. This goes along with how women were treated more like property
rather than human beings. She was bought by Cortes as a translator, she followed him
throughout most of his expeditions and helped him achieve great success by possibly taking her
ideas and calling them his own, and due to the fact that she is a woman, she doesn t get any
credit for her hard work. About a year or so after I had left Mexico, I learned that Dona Marina

makes this book interesting is that the characters are a mix of actual historical figures, and

School Psychologist Mission Statement
I believe my mission statement will change as I continue to grow and gain more knowledge
about my new career as I continue through my classes and internship, here is where I begin in
March 2017. We are all working towards what s best for the child, while each person (parent,
teacher, school psychologist, administrator) has their specific role, our collaborative goal is
always the same. I want to remember the negative experiences I had as a parent navigating the
assessment and initial IEP process and do what I can to keep another family from having a
similar experience. I also want to remember all of the positive interactions I ve had with people
who have worked together to help a student learn to the best of their abilities. I want
developmentally appropriate assessment experiences in hopes of getting the best snapshot of the
child. My ideal role as a school psychologist would include assessments, a diagnostic classroom,
social skills groups, behavior support, school staff support and parent training. Hopefully each
year I am working I can build in all those different elements and eventually have my ideal job. For

The Effectiveness Of Brand Placement
Purpose
This article investigates the effectiveness of brand placement in movies. Brand placement is an
advertising technique used by companies to promote their products through a non traditional
advertising technique, usually through appearances in film, television, or other media (Product
Placement, n.d.). Previous studies have shown that not all brand placements are equally effective.
Early studies have shown mixed results regarding the consumer s ability to remember the brand
appearing in the film or television. Additionally, placement has shown weak or non existent results
towards brand attitude. The authors of this study investigated the interaction of prominence (how
prominently the brand is represented in the movie) and plot connection (how well the placement is
related to the movie s story line) on actual moviegoer s recognition of brands and their attitude
towards them (Dens, DePelsmacker, Wouters, Purnawirawan, 2012).
Methodology
The authors indicated that their research was one of the first to study the impact of brand
placement characteristics on brand attitude, and the effect of brand recognition in this process.
They conducted a thorough literature review and developed eight hypotheses regarding the
following: the effects of prominence on brand recognition and attitude, the impact of plot
connection on brand recognition and attitude, the interaction between prominence and plot
connection, and the mediating role of brand recognition in brand attitude

Physical Activity s Impact on the Hippocampus
Ana Arredondo The hippocampus is a miniature structure within the brain that plays a crucial role
in the limbic system. The limbic system, known for regulating emotions among other functions, is
located in the medial temporal lobe. The importance of the hippocampus relies on multiple aspects
of memory. When information is processed from the environment, the hippocampus manipulates it
by arranging and storing information from short term into long term memory. Once memories are
stored long term, they can be retrieved upon consciously. There appears to be a link between
physical fitness and the hippocampus. This link asserts that physical fitness positively affects

Critical Analysis Of The Heart Of Emily
The story is divided into five sections. In section I, the narrator recalls the time of Emily Grierson
s death and how the entire town attended her funeral in her home, which no stranger had entered
for more than ten years. In a once elegant, upscale neighborhood, Emily s house is the last vestige
of the grandeur of a lost era. Colonel Sartoris, the town s previous mayor, had suspended Emily s
tax responsibilities to the town after her father s death, justifying the action by claiming that Mr.
Grierson had once lent the community a significant sum. As new town leaders take over, they
make unsuccessful attempts to get Emily to resume payments. When members of the Board of
Aldermen pay her a visit, in the dusty and antiquated parlor, Emily reasserts the fact that she is not
required to pay taxes in Jefferson and that the officials should talk to Colonel Sartoris about the
matter. However, at that point he has been dead for almost a decade. She asks her servant, Tobe, to
show the men out.
In section II, the narrator describes a time thirty years earlier when Emily resists another official
inquiry on behalf of the town leaders, when the townspeople detect a powerful odor emanating from
her property. Her father has just died, and Emily has been abandoned by the man whom the
townsfolk believed Emily was to marry. As complaints mount, Judge Stevens, the mayor at the time,
decides to have lime sprinkled along the foundation of the Grierson home in the middle of the night.
Within a couple of weeks, the odor subsides, but the townspeople begin to pity the increasingly
reclusive Emily, remembering how her great aunt had succumbed to insanity. The townspeople
have always believed that the Griersons thought too highly of themselves, with Emily s father
driving off the many suitors deemed not good enough to marry his daughter. With no offer of
marriage in sight, Emily is still single by the time she turns thirty.
The day after Mr. Grierson s death, the women of the town call on Emily to offer their
condolences. Meeting them at the door, Emily states that her father is not dead, a charade that she
keeps up for three days. She finally turns her father s body over for burial.
In section III, the narrator describes a long

Artificial sweeteners are just one type of sugar substitute but there are many different kinds of sugar
substitutes in products today.
Artificial sweeteners
Most artificial sweeteners are synthetic sugar substitutes that are derived from chemicals, such as
aspartame and sucralose.
Aspartame is the ingredient found in NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, Equal Measure, AminoSweet,
Benevia, NutraTaste, Canderel, and many popular diet foods and beverages.
Sucralose is a synthetic chemical created in a laboratory which is found in Splenda.
But not all sweeteners that are harmful are comprised of chemicals. Take fructose for example, this

that must be recognized in order to fully understand this relationship and its correlation with the

Parenting Styles Vs Parenting
When it come to raising kids people will never know how to do it correctly. The child will still
throw tantrums, the teen will still give attitude, and the young adult will insists on going to a 4
year university. All children hit these milestones no matter what kind of parents they have. There
are many ways to raise a child. Every person has a way of doing things that they deem right.
Looking deeper in the process of raising a child or teen will reveal so much. ...keep in mind that
every parentchild relationship is different, so there is not one sure fire way to go about parenting. (
Rachel Telles, and Bianca Mgbemere.) Parenting is put into 4 general categories. Authoritarian,
permissive, neglectful and authoritative. People fall into these categories, but there are a select few
that don t. The two drastically different ones will be compared and contrasted. When it comes to
parenting trying to find that happy medium between Authoritarian and permissive is the best
possible thing to do for both parent and child.
Each parenting style can drastically alter a child s mood, behavior, actions, and relationships. They
also have positive and negative side effects and depending on how harsh they are implemented it
could have serious effects on a developing child. It is up to the parents to figure out together how
they would want their child raised. Alison Poulsen argues Often, one spouse allows the other to do

Columbine Quote Analysis
Why They Did It While reading Columbine, the only thing readers can ask themselves is, Why
did they do this? The only thing a reader can do is make his/her assumption based off of the facts
given throughout the book as it is not clearly stated. By reading the book, it is very easy to
assume that both Eric and Dylan were depressed and did not feel like they were treated fairly.
Eric was the more violent of the two, although both had significant dealings with the shootings
taken place. Their illnesses brought them together, making them feel as if they clicked or
understood each other more than anyone else. Dylan is very easily identified as the most
depressed of the two. In chapter thirty five, Dylan stated just how depressed he was. I get more
depressed with each day, he complained. Why did friends keep deserting him? They did not,
actually, but Dylan perceived it that way. He fretted about Eric dumping him, too. Wanna die, he
repeated. (page 198) Dylan felt as if he was all alone and death equaled freedom to him now.
Dylan was not worried about anyone but himself and how he felt. His depression had consumed his

How Nandini s relationship with characters help in their character progression.
The play is set in an imaginary town called Yakshapuri. (In Hindu mythology, the divine force of

The Pros And Cons Of Area 51 To Area 51
People have wondered for many of years, what actually happens in Area 51? Well the
government has declassified some papers and allowed the former workers to share some of
their experiences. A document that has been declassified means that everyone can view the
information. A classified document is a document that is not able to be seen by everyone. A
person is only allowed to see a classified document if they have the right clearence level. Area 51
was originally built as a temporary testing site ( Top CIA Secrets ). The Central Intelligence

Project Oxcart was the birth of the A 12. The A 12 could fly so fast that it could outrun a missile.
It could fly at altitudes as high as fifteen miles from the ground. The A 12 was the first stealth
plane ever made. It s plan was to fly as high and fast as possible. An A 12 can fly coast to coast in
seventy minutes, which is mach three. The only metal that could withstand those conditions
was titanium making up ninety three percent of the airplane. In order to get that much titanium,
the United States made a deal with the Soviet Union. When the A 12 prototype was completed, it
had to be moved to Area 51 from Burbank, California for testing. In order to do this, a box was
built around the A 12 and put on a semi truck. The box was so big that the path in front of the
truck had to be cleared. Trees and signs had to be removed so the truck would fit down the road.
The state highway patrol had to escort the truck to Area 51. They highway patrolman were not

The Man In The Water By Roger Rosenblatt
How hard is it to do the right thing? In the article, The Man in the Water , many people did the
right thing right until the end. The Man in the Water takes place in Washington D.C., where there
was a blast of winter. It was a chaotic disaster that caught the nation s attention. In reality, not
everyone is willing to be the good guy . Everyone have once, thought of themselves more than
others but, in this article, not everyone was selfish. Not being selfish, showed heroism and bravery.

courage. In this article, the author uses conflict to show guts. There are many problems and
situations in this article. One of the problems in this article is a plane crashing. Last Wednesday, the
elements, indifferent as ever, brought down flight 90 (Rosenblatt, 273). Nature has brought down a
plane in its winter wonderland. Many people were injured and cannot aid themselves. Despite this
incident, the humans worked together to overcome this obstacle to help help others that needed it.
Instead of doing nothing, they risked their lives to make sure the people on the plane lived..

heroism by being in winter and in an important city called, Washington. Moral courage is trying
to not be greedy but to help each other and not for personal gain. Just like the unidentified man
who did not want to reveal himself. He did it out of the heart and not to receive awards or fame.

The idea that food production occurs mainly in less developed countries is contradictory, according to the rankings of the top food producers in the world. While the GDP has its strengths it also has its weakness because its quality is not computed and distributive aspects are ignored. Social well being can often be described as the GDP of a country but even though the U.S is ranked number one in the world in GDP it is still not the top country when it comes to social well being. If we take all aspects into consideration such as health and wellness, as well as personal safety which is not considered in GDP the U.S would not even be in the top ten. The project was aimed to help control Aedes larvae in wells, tires, and containers in Monte Verde, a small town with a population of 1438. Men, women, pregnant women, and children were infected with Zika. Salomon was instrumental with helping the researchers to help fight the spread of Zika and dengue. Salomon s humanitarian work stretches far beyond the town of Monte Verde. His love and dedication extended to individuals living in isolated parts of Honduras. Inadequate or inappropriate lighting has been recently associated with migraine and vision disorders in some individuals (Berkley, 2006). Does Juan RulfoCriticise Modern Catholicism In Pedro Paramo To what extent does Juan Rulfo criticise modern Catholicism in Pedro Paramo? Throughout the novel, Pedro Paramo, the author Juan Rulfo uses imagery, conflict, foreshadowing and juxtaposition to comment on the corruption of organized religion in the world, particularly the Catholic Church. The small village where the novel is set, has become a prison for the souls who remain and the local Priest abuses his position of authority to decide who will be blessed and be released. The author juxtaposes the terrible surroundings and actions of the townspeople with the purity of the religionthey believe in. The people of the town are betrayed by the one they are supposed to idolize most, sin most egregiously and yet, even when they know that they are damned to eternity, they continue to rely on their religion for salvation. The story is set in Comala, which is introduced by the main character Juan and the voice of his mother using strong imagery: The road rose and fell. It rises or falls whether you re coming or going. If you are leaving, it s uphill; but as you arrive it s downhill. (4) The reader is immediately given a sense that Juan is descending to a place that is easy to get to, but very difficult to leave. With that being said, from approximately 323 800 B.C.E., both the Greek and Persian Empire were experiencing periods of economic, political, and artistic growth. The Persians, like the Greeks, were Indo Europeans, and were located by the Mediterranean Sea, which consequently allowed Greeks and Persians to develop similarities. Expectations Drive PerceptionsBy Annie Dillard Expectations Drive Perceptions Annie Dillard, in her essay, Seeing, describes how each individual sees and perceives differently. Dillard explains how a certain individual may see something completely different than another. Each and every individual perceives situations and views in their own way, depending on their expectations, their backgrounds, their experiences, and their attitudes. When an individual expects to see something, typically that is what they see. Because they are generally focused on seeing what they expect, the individual doesn t see or notice the small things that are often important. One specific example of different perceptions is school. Students perceive school in various ways, depending on what they expect. The thought or action of going to school is perceived in various ways, depending on an individual s expectations. Because they expect opportunities and rewards to come out of school, some students perceive school as a wonderful place to be. To illustrate, Annie Dillard, in her essay, Seeing, explains how expectations affect how a person sees, But if you cultivate a healthy poverty and simplicity, so that finding a penny will literally make your day, then, since the world is in fact planted in pennies, you have with your poverty bought a lifetime of days (Dillard 17). Pros And ConsOf Building A Border Wall Should the United States build a border wall? Many will procrastinate about this but in the end there will be an outcome with what will happen as far as building a border wall. There are many Pros and Cons to this single objective. Starting off with a Pro, Many say this is a racist act or a sign of weakness coming from our President Donald Trump. But in some cases this is an essential thing for the United Statesto do. This walltoo many is wrong to do because our media has a big head on racial point along society today. In the long run a wall could be really beneficial as a commodity for the security of our great nation. Jeff Corwin stated that If this border wall actually happens, it will be an environmental catastrophe. Essentially, what it s doing is cutting through nature s bridge, which connects Central America to North America and South America. Which in many cases this can be supported but then again many people work very hard to become a citizen in the United States for many to come across the border to get here illegally and to most this is unfair. To make another main statement given the rising global instability in North Korea and the Middle East with a strong and supportive border it would be harder for terrorist to get their hands on biological, chemical or radiological weapons. With an insecure border it makes it easier for them to bring them into the United States and launch a devastating attack on the United States. A big Con that has many thinking is who ... Vasovagal Syncope, also known as fainting, neurocardiogenic syncope, and neurally mediated syncope, is a very common condition, occurring in roughly half of all people at least once within their life; three percent of the population develops it repeatedly. It is not a serious condition.(2) A vasovagal response involves a decrease in the volume of blood that is returned to the heart, which enervates the baroreceptors(2) in the sympathetic nervous system to increase the force of each contraction of the heart. Consequently, the opposing parasympathetic nervous system is alerted to slow the heart rate and dilate the surrounding veins and arteries. These responses of the nervous system cause the blood pressure to drop very low, causing syncope (loss of consciousness).(1) Most patients are young and healthy, although vasovagal syncope can occur in the elderly population that has preexisting cardiac problems. Extremely hot weather and blood alcohol levels are typical triggers. Summary Of RonGamer s Winter Chance Walking In Wolf Tracks The book Winter Chance Walking in Wolf Tracks by Ron Gamer is a great book on how it ties to the environment. This boy 14 years old goes out on a ice fishing and camping trip overnight and gets lost he forgot to pack his food so he has none. His friend Seth works hard to try and find him. In this book and in real life it is very important to preserve the land around you and to protect our animal species and not be a poacher.. It is very important to stay on the trail during snowmobiling so then you don t hurt anything under or above the snow. If there is a baby pine tree growing then you run it over it with the track of the sled it could kill the tree. Maybe a farmer is planting winter rye and wants you to stay off from it so then this ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Duality Of ApolloAnd Dionysus This is particularly evident in the Ecce Homo s passages devoted to the duality of Apollo and Dionysus. Here Nietzsche openly attacks this concept as a crypto Hegelian idea ruling over the course of history. Moreover, he brands the same with the here clearly negative label of metaphysicslii. Thus, as of 1888 and just before his eventual psychological collapse, we can see how Nietzsche chastised some of his own early positions in the same way he did with Socratism . These too are now nothing but expressions of dogmatic and one sided blindness, and thus obstacles to the necessary self overcoming of humanity. However, we might ask how these criticisms square with the appreciative comments about BT that we mentioned above, and in general with... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... What changes is rather the understanding of art s content what in the late stages of his work Nietzsche calls the Wisdom of Dionysus , an expression he already employs in BTlvii. However, now this wisdom is not a source of consolation anymore, but rather of an attitude pushing toward the affirmative overcoming of oneselflviii. This wisdom, flows from a proper metaphysical understanding of life, which is now finally unbounded by any suspect metaphysical duality. Hence, I hold that it is not too daring to see in this wisdom a new unblinded metaphysics that the author resorts to herald in his 1880 s writings, and which also springs from the Will, now conceived as Will to Power. If now the tension of Apollo and Dionysus falls in the field of Socratism , we can still see in the satyrs chorus an anticipation of Nietzsche s later themes as he himself aknowledges toward the end of the Attempt to Self Criticismlix. Simply, the affirmation of existence now takes place without any reference to some metaphysical framework smelling of Socrates or even Hegel, but rather in the drive of the Will to ... The Haut GlacierD Arolla Introduction A model is a representation of reality, designed to generate outputs from inputs in an attempt to understand system behaviour (Jones and Gomez, 2010). Many geographers refer to a model by the classic definition from Kolars and Haggett, 1967: a simplified version of reality, built in order to demonstrate certain of the properties of reality . Models are often known as analogies which is a relationship of similarity between two things, a likeness in some function, effect, or circumstance (Andrews, 1987). Analogue models are only one distinguished in physical geography. Conceptual, physical and mathematical models are also used (Jones and Gomez, 2010). Arnold et al., 1998 investigates the behaviour of the Haut Glacier d Arolla in Valais, Switzerland to predict and explain how glacier drainage systems function. Barron and Washington, 1984, Cox et al., 2000 and Gildor and Tziperman, 2001 all used a form of climate models. Barron and Washington, 1984 aimed to explore past climatic change, by investigating the surface temperature sensitivity by comparing present and cretaceous simulations. Similarly, Gildor and Tziperman, 2001 used a conceptual box model to investigate past climate change, based on oscillations of climate systems. Cox et al., 2000 also used a climate model, however focussed on future climatic change, rather than past. The final paper, by Burt and Butcher, 1986 uses a simple rainfall run off model to explore the hillslope run off system. To what ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Why Is TheCost Of Missionary Expansion Worth The Monetary... LIBERTY UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF DIVINITY Missionary Expansion Through the Centuries Submitted to Rawlings School of Divinity Professor Tae Jun Suk, PhD., in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the completion CHHI 510 CHHI 510 Survey of the History of Christianity by James A. Vernon October 16, 2016 Contents Introduction1 St. Patrick1 John of Plano Carpini4 Dr. J. Hudson Taylor6 Conclusion8 Bibliography9 Introduction Missionary expansion throughout the centuries has taken a hard, often violent road. The expansion of Christianity begins with the adherents of Jesus Christ and ended with the premature demise of many of the disciples. In the centuries following the disciples, many missionaries were faced with percussion and death as the gospel was proclaimed. As missionary expansion occurs throughout the centuries, often times facing trial and difficulty, the question comes up; is the capital cost of missionary expansion worth the monetary value? This paper will highlight many trials that have been faced by three missionaries in particular and explain often by the words of these missionaries why the enormous cost of missionary expansion is worth the cost. The thesis of this paper is: everyone is called to preach the gospel; the calling of the missionary is called to live by faith even when facing difficulty.

Revenge In Hamlet Hamletis one of the most influential and time withstanding plays of all time. Created by William Shakespeare, Hamlet dabbles with the concepts of deceit, revenge, and death. Hamlet, the protagonist in Hamlet, is confronted with the challenge of taking part in revenge for his father s death, but he often finds himself lacking in taking action. Friedrich Nietzsche, a German philosopher, accounts this lack of action for something far deeper than what lies on the surface. He construes that Hamlet is burdened with the knowledge that deathtriumphs over all being. What kills Hamlet s action is knowing that what lies in everyone s path is death and that since we all die there is no point in correcting your earthly state, in Hamlet s case: getting revenge. This explanation for Hamlet s delay, however, is not fully represented throughout the play. Hamlet has his bouts of hope and prevalently believes in taking revenge. However, it s in his subconscious that Nietzsche s statement holds true. Hamlet, fueled by his cynicism, slowly finds himself falling deeper into this state of depression throughout the play. The farther he falls down this rabbit hole, the clearer his understandings shine through from the beginning of the play. Hamlet s mind is clouded with grief when he is first introduced. He likens everything of this earth as weary, stale, flat, and unprofitable (I.ii.132), as if the mere thought of being on this earth is useless. Hamlet from the get go, in his ... Correlation Between AlcoholAnd Alcohol Results The amount of hours a person works a week is negatively correlated to an individual s dependency to alcohol. The less hours a person works per week the more they will be dependent on alcohol. On average, the individuals in the sample worked a low amount of hours a week (M = 11.31, SD = 14.9) and had a moderately low dependency on alcohol (M = 31.11, SD = 14.26). In addition, the confidence intervals looking at the amount of hours worked per week indicated that the participants continued to work low hours (95% CI = [8.96, 13.83]). Along with, both the upper and lower bounds of the alcohol decency score showing reaming consistent with a modestly low dependency on alcohol (95% CI = [29.02, 33.58]). When a Spearman s correlation analysis was used a negative correlation was found indicating that a the less amount of hours a person worked a week the higher their dependency on alcohol is. This correlation supported the hypotheses. A Spearman s correlation was used because thee out of the four test for a normally distributed population were violated and the sample size was over 100. However, the correlation was not significant rs = .114, n = 152, p = .08 (one tailed). The amount of hours worked in a week had an extremely small effect on a person s dependency to alcohol r2 = .01. This incredibly small effect size is consistent with the results of the significance test. With the correlation having no significance then it is accurate to say that a person s work hours had ... Organizations for PeopleFifty and Over Today I believe that AARP is one of the leading organizations for people fifty and over today and known worldwide. The initial process that brought this powerful group forward was the idea of Dr.Ethyl Percy. Dr. Percy is an important figure for retired teachers in the 1940 s (International Directory of Company Histories, 2009). Dr. Percy, is reflected as being the main female in history that led a high school platform as principle (International Directory of Company Histories, 2009). As retirement came forward, Dr. Percy had an interest in the well being of colleagues that retired as she, and had little means to live on. With this in mind, Dr.Percy initialized the National Retired Teachers Association beginning in 1947(International Directory of Company Histories, 2009). This tremendous woman added a living structure for the retired teachers and provided a nursing home, which she alone began. Dr. Percy joined forces with a gentleman named Leonard Davis, in the event that health insurance was in need to help pay for the facility. The Continental Casualty Company, which Mr. Davis was associated with, began enrolling these retired teachers in need and opened up the first policy for them in 1956(International Directory of Company Histories, 2009). The proceeds were great as policies distributed through the mail, and monetary proceeds began to add up very quickly. Non Traditional HigherEducation A Non Traditional Higher Education At my age of thirty two years old, I keep hearing how I am not taking the traditional route of going to school to earn a degree. This statement baffles me because tradition is not always a good thing. In some aspects tradition breeds laziness, and corners your personal views on any situation to fit a certain narrative or logic dictated by those that came before you. My first cause for going with the non traditional route to schoolis that I m tired of being crushed under the weight of an industry and greedy men. Second, I do not have anyone to support other than myself; I have never been married or have children. Hernan Cortes Letters DearIsabel, Throughout my years as an explorer, I have been to many different countries. I have also come in contact with many people and learned about many different cultures. In most of the cities I have been to, although the type of government system may vary, the one thing that tends to stay the the same throughout these societies are the role of women and how they are treated in the everyday world. Like in my most recent trip to Mexico, I had the opportunity to observe that the role of women was extremely different from the role of men. As I entered Mexico City, accompanied by my able exploring partner Jesus Rodriguez, I noticed the wonderful sights and beautiful cities that lay on both sides of the lake known as Chalco. If you ask some people about Dona Marina some will call her a traitor because she helped aid the spaniards and helped the foreign rulers rise to power, others would say she did what she had to do to survive. She had enough intelligence to learn multiple languages and enough social skills to be a cultural mediator for foreigners who may have not necessarily gotten along.4 Why is it that throughout her years serving Hernan Cortes , she isn t given a higher title other than Hernan Cortes Translator. She was obviously more than this, yet due to her background and sex all of her great accomplishments go unnoticed or even worse passed on to the male who own s her. This goes along with how women were treated more like property rather than human beings. She was bought by Cortes as a translator, she followed him throughout most of his expeditions and helped him achieve great success by possibly taking her ideas and calling them his own, and due to the fact that she is a woman, she doesn t get any credit for her hard work. The Effectiveness OfBrand Placement Purpose This article investigates the effectiveness of brand placement in movies. Brand placement is an advertising technique used by companies to promote their products through a non traditional advertising technique, usually through appearances in film, television, or other media (Product Placement, n.d.). Previous studies have shown that not all brand placements are equally effective. Early studies have shown mixed results regarding the consumer s ability to remember the brand appearing in the film or television. Additionally, placement has shown weak or non existent results towards brand attitude. The authors of this study investigated the interaction of prominence (how prominently the brand is represented in the movie) and plot connection (how well the placement is related to the movie s story line) on actual moviegoer s recognition of brands and their attitude towards them (Dens, DePelsmacker, Wouters, Purnawirawan, 2012). Methodology The authors indicated that their research was one of the first to study the impact of brand placement characteristics on brand attitude, and the effect of brand recognition in this process. They conducted a thorough literature review and developed eight hypotheses regarding the following: the effects of prominence on brand recognition and attitude, the impact of plot connection on brand recognition and attitude, the interaction between prominence and plot connection, and the mediating role of brand recognition in brand attitude ... Critical Analysis OfThe Heart Of Emily The story is divided into five sections. In section I, the narrator recalls the time of Emily Grierson s death and how the entire town attended her funeral in her home, which no stranger had entered for more than ten years. In a once elegant, upscale neighborhood, Emily s house is the last vestige of the grandeur of a lost era. Colonel Sartoris, the town s previous mayor, had suspended Emily s tax responsibilities to the town after her father s death, justifying the action by claiming that Mr. Grierson had once lent the community a significant sum. As new town leaders take over, they make unsuccessful attempts to get Emily to resume payments. When members of the Board of Aldermen pay her a visit, in the dusty and antiquated parlor, Emily reasserts the fact that she is not required to pay taxes in Jefferson and that the officials should talk to Colonel Sartoris about the matter. However, at that point he has been dead for almost a decade. She asks her servant, Tobe, to show the men out. In section II, the narrator describes a time thirty years earlier when Emily resists another official inquiry on behalf of the town leaders, when the townspeople detect a powerful odor emanating from her property. Her father has just died, and Emily has been abandoned by the man whom the townsfolk believed Emily was to marry. As complaints mount, Judge Stevens, the mayor at the time, decides to have lime sprinkled along the foundation of the Grierson home in the middle of the night. Within a couple of weeks, the odor subsides, but the townspeople begin to pity the increasingly reclusive Emily, remembering how her great aunt had succumbed to insanity. The townspeople have always believed that the Griersons thought too highly of themselves, with Emily s father driving off the many suitors deemed not good enough to marry his daughter. With no offer of marriage in sight, Emily is still single by the time she turns thirty. The day after Mr. Grierson s death, the women of the town call on Emily to offer their condolences. Meeting them at the door, Emily states that her father is not dead, a charade that she keeps up for three days. She finally turns her father s body over for burial. In Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, there are particular priorities that must be recognized in order to fully understand this relationship and its correlation with the truth and good behavior (Khalil, Mohammad Hassan. 1 6 (ix ixxx)) Ultimately in all of these religions, people who have lived good and righteous lives and believes in god and the prophets will go to Heaven and achieve salvation, and the people who live sinful... I needed to educate myself on the process I was going to undergo to achieve my goals. So I turned to the internet, more specifically Youtube, it became my saving grace, unbeknownst to me at the time there was a large fitness community waiting for me behind my Youtube search bar, ready to provide anyone who looks with large amounts of information on Fitness and training, healthy eating and dieting and a major source of positive motivation to help get anyone started. We know most of the facts and usually say that we will take the leap into being healthy in the new year, new year new me right? But don t put off till tomorrow what you can do today, because when it comes down to it you re only missing out on some of life s better outcomes. Training has proven to help with weight issues, combats health conditions and fight diseases, improve mood, increase energy and it also promotes better sleep so with all these positives why not trade in a little time to gain all of these benefits? The biggest problem that I ve found is that many people are getting better at finding excuses not to go, than to go which is increasing the sedentary ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Columbine Quote Analysis WhyThey Did It While reading Columbine, the only thing readers can ask themselves is, Why did they do this? The only thing a reader can do is make his/her assumption based off of the facts given throughout the book as it is not clearly stated. By reading the book, it is very easy to assume that both Eric and Dylan were depressed and did not feel like they were treated fairly. Eric was the more violent of the two, although both had significant dealings with the shootings taken place. Their illnesses brought them together, making them feel as if they clicked or understood each other more than anyone else. Dylan is very easily identified as the most depressed of the two. In chapter thirty five, Dylan stated just how depressed he was. I get more depressed with each day, he complained. Why did friends keep deserting him? They did not, actually, but Dylan perceived it that way. He fretted about Eric dumping him, too. Wanna die, he repeated. (page 198) Dylan felt as if he was all alone and death equaled freedom to him now. Dylan was not worried about anyone but himself and how he felt. His depression had consumed his thoughts and made him think of the unimaginable. This very well could have been the reason Dylan was a... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Each killer left hundreds of pages of writings and drawings and schedules in their day planners, and Eric s are riddled with plans, logs, and results of experiments; Dylan shows virtually no effort. Eric acquired the guns, the ammo, and apparently the material for the bombs, and did the planning and the construction. (page 305) Eric was taken as a psychopath for his violent ways and how he wrote in his journal. He detailed the murders out vividly and talked aggressively throughout his ...
