1) The patient, a 19-year-old Malay male, was missing his upper left lateral incisor and canine which were impacted. 2) Orthodontic treatment using fixed appliances was used to correct crowding, spacing issues, and midline shift to create room for transplantation of the impacted teeth. 3) Autotransplantation of the impacted lateral incisor and canine was selected as the treatment approach and deemed to be a good alternative to prosthodontics given the patient's age.
