all a person need is his work to be praised and also this practice will not only boost the morale of the employee but will also inspire
other employees to stand in his shoes of appreciation.
 Also a professional conduct is necessary to maintain proper working of an organization otherwise unprofessionalism may lead to
degradation in the quality of work which may further hamper the overall working of the company.
 If the oraganization are maintained in order and a flow of positivity is promoted in the attitudes of employees then it may lead to an
effective result thereby bringing motivation to work and help organization grow.
 The overall satisfaction of the customer is the key to strong business and hence in profitable monetary outcomes, which in turn will
help in 'increasing international presence and domestic dominance' of the organisation. If the organisation flourishes in this way,
there will behappy customers, happy employees and financial profits leading to 'value for stakeholders'
