Reopening of schools has been an issue that raised concern with so many people debating
on that topic. It has brought with it so many uncertainties and possibilities at the same time of the
opening of schools come fall. Some states are in a consensus to open the schools because they
feel that the learners have been away from institutions for a long while now and they need to go
back to their normal learning schedules. Authors like Emily Oster feels like keeping the schools
closed hurts all of us from the kids’ education, the mothers, economy and continues to widen the
gap that has already been widely created by the pandemic.
