HABITAT
 Orcas live in the oceans. They mostly live in the icy
waters around the North or South poles.
DIET
 Orcas are hunters. But they do not attack people.
Orcas eat mainly fish, seals, squids and penguins.
They also eat dolphins, whales and porpoises.
ANATOMY
 The orca is black and white. It has
a dorsal fin on its back and a blowhole,
melon, pair of eyes and a mouth. It also
has a pair of flippers.

 Orcas are black with white marking . It has a dorsal
fin, flukes, melon, flipper (pectoral fin), blowhole,
mouth and a pair of eyes. Males are called bulls and
females are called cows and the baby is called a calf.
 Killer whales are also called orcas.
 It has a white patch near each pair of eyes.
 A adult could measure from 19 to 27 feet and 6 to 8
meters.
 Orcas feed on fish, squids, dolphins, porpoises, seals
and whales.
