Every day, a heavy traffic starts when the students travel from the north side of the campus to the south side of the campus by crossing University Boulevard. The traffic mostly happens between the ten-minute break when students move to other classes. At that specific time, heavy traffic begins, and cars can’t move due to the enormous number of pedestrians crossing the road, which causes traffic delays. The traffic affects everyone who is on the road, either students or cars, because they will be late for destinations they are trying to reach.
What makes the traffic worse is that some students cross the road without checking cars while they are riding their skateboards or bicycles. It is dangerous to cross the road without paying attention because pedestrians might get hit by a car. Even though cars must stop when pedestrians walk across the road on the zebra crossing lines, students should yield before they pass the road. This scenario tends to happen often on campus especially during the ten-minute break; students who ride skateboards and bicycles do not care about the drivers and can cause an accident and can end up with a permanent injury.

Introduction
In recent times, there has been a steady rise in the number of students who enroll at Washington State University (WSU). The growing population of the university, together with outstanding teaching services, has cemented its stature in the region. Because of this, the rising student population needs adequate parking for students who live off campus and do not always have access to bus routes. The problem regarding the increasing population has been witnessed in the parking section of the WSU Pullman campus. Notably, students and staff who own vehicles find it difficult to access the university’s parking lots due to overcrowding and parking rates. In essence, this has inconvenienced students who access the institution, and it has crippled the efficiency of parking services and revenue collection in the university. Since 2015 the parking trend has kept growing at more than 7% per year (news.wsu) and it is supposed to increase again within the 2020-2021 school year.
The parking problem has led to the increase of parking fees for vehicles that access the institution. Ideally, transportation services in the institution depend on funds generated from parking permit fees and fines to conduct maintenance and expansion since no vote head is allocated to such expenditure under tuition (Chan, Chau, & Chan, 2012). Markedly, an increase in the parking permit rates in the institution would strain the finances of students, which would affect the reputation of the university. In response, the institution has appointed the WSU Parking and Transportations Taskforce to investigate the issue and proffer solutions to the problem. Therefore, the parking crisis would be resolved through the development of practical recommendations from the task forces and by securing the full backing of the institution’s administration.
Methods
The main aim of the WSU Parking and Transportation Taskforce is to develop practical recommendations that would solve the parking problem and enhance the satisfaction of students. Therefore, the task force engaged willing students to provide their views on the parking problems in the institution and ways through which the setbacks could be handled. Besides, they asked a majority of students to submit emails of their views for further comparison to draw practical recommendations that would satisfy all the parties in the institution. Furthermore, the task force sought expert opinion from renowned structural engineers and planners on efficient ways of expanding the parking space in the institution to address the parking crisis. In essence, the meeting was essential as it helped provide the taskforce with viable information that would improve the chances of resolving the problem successfully.

Executive Summary
The Temple University should introduce a to set up electric car charging station programs
to make it easier for students to access the car power rather than moving out of the university. It
will lower the time used to go for the charge outside, and instead, they use that time to do other
constructive things. Most Universities have faced the problem of students and instructors moving
out of the university to seek a place to charge their cars. When they access the service quickly in
the university, they fix possible problems that might have occurred in moving out. If Temple
University focuses on developing and implementing an electric car charging station, it will stand
able to support environmental conservation positively and benefits users in several ways. By
accepting the implementation of setting electric car charging stations the university will resolve
the problem of students and lectures using a lot of time going out to recharge their vehicles and
improve environmental conservation (Energy, n.d.).
The electric car charging station can be implemented to operate within nine months. The
program will require a budget of about $4,250 for initial start-up costs in providing installation
tools, required materials, and labour cost (Ference, 2017). However, in other cases, the installation
processes might cost higher than this if the charging point will need major electrical upgrades. The
university can fund the proposal to be refunded after the trial period. If Temple University does
not implement this program, it risks the chance of students and instructors wasting a lot of time,
money to go and purchase the charges outside the university as well as increasing the risk of air
pollution from cars which use diesel. It is essential for the University to understand the primary
benefits of implementing this proposal as it can solve problems within the college and build a
competitive environment.

New trends in business across the United States and other countries are being implemented
daily to push towards business competitions on different products. The phenomena concerning car
fueling products evolution from the traditional diesel and petrol stations have developed to new
products such as the electric car charging stations which have more benefit to the owners as well
as the general environment (Holland, 2016). In Temple University there is higher congestion for
students and instructors driving out of the school to go and charge their cars outside the University.

As a newly developing academic domain, researches on Mobile learning are still in their initial stage.
Meanwhile, M-blackboard comes from Mobile learning. This study attempts to discover the factors
impacting the intention to adopt mobile blackboard. Eleven selected model on the Mobile learning
adoption were comprehensively reviewed. From the reviewed articles, the most factors are identified. Also,
from the frequency analysis, the most frequent factors in the Mobile blackboard or Mobile learning
adoption studies are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, perceived playfulness, facilitating
conditions, self-management, cost and past experiences. The descriptive statistic was performed to gather
the respondents’ demographic information. It also shows that the respondents agreed on nearly every
statement item. Pearson correlation and regression analysis were also conducted.

As a newly developing academic domain, researches on Mobile learning are still in their initial stage.
Meanwhile, M-blackboard comes from Mobile learning. This study attempts to discover the factors
impacting the intention to adopt mobile blackboard. Eleven selected model on the Mobile learning
adoption were comprehensively reviewed. From the reviewed articles, the most factors are identified. Also,
from the frequency analysis, the most frequent factors in the Mobile blackboard or Mobile learning
adoption studies are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, perceived playfulness, facilitating
conditions, self-management, cost and past experiences. The descriptive statistic was performed to gather
the respondents’ demographic information. It also shows that the respondents agreed on nearly every
statement item. Pearson correlation and regression analysis were also conducted.

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.
