Before starting opswing, Gilles Total was director of operations for the English operator Colt Telecom in France during 5 years including one year mission for the international. Prior to this, he was Vice-President, Networks for the LDCOM group (neuf cegetel) and then Director, Optical Services starting all activities from scratch. Previously, he was acting as senior consultant for Lucent Technologies after having launched and developed the whole customer services and post-sales activities for AT&T -Siris in France as Vice-President, Customer services.
