All equipment is continually updated and
maintained to keep up with the latest
technology and provide you with first class,
reliable performance.
Connectivity: Our in-house connectivity
expertise includes leased lines, fibre and
ADSL, FTTC and internal Cat6 cabling for
both data and voice. We order, install, test
and deploy so you can be sure of quality control throughout the entire process.
Upgrades and warranty management: Infrastructure management and renewal of
warranties on hardware can be time consuming to stay on top of, and easy to
overlook. Our system automatically flags up renewal dates in good time so you can
choose whether to upgrade your assets or extend warranties.
SaaS (software as a service): Cloud service contracts are generally fixed term. Our
service ensures you are made aware of contract renewal dates. We review the
service modules available in order to maximise customer benefits and recommend
any alternative or additional services.
Data security and CCTV: We take security very seriously which is why in addition to
a portfolio of IT offerings which address the security and integrity of the content of
your systems we also specify, install and support door entry and CCTV systems for
the protection of your physical premises.
Telecoms: We offer consultation on the functionality requirements and recommend a
phone system to meet your specifications while delivering the best value. We then
install, test and deploy networking where necessary to integrate with other internal
systems e.g. CRM systems. We can do this with physical in-house, hosted PBX or with
SaaS cloud based phone systems with fibre connectivity.
Peripherals: Our customers also benefit from our ability to source, supply and
network printers, photocopiers, scanners and multi-function office machinery. We can
ensure prior to delivery to your premises the equipment will be programmed so you
can use it straight away.
