very poor connectivity rural and urban - There are
Business cold spots in CBDs in region
• Chasm between those who can afford ‘leased line’
service and those businesses who need better but
cannot afford inflated costs

• Attracts higher value businesses
• Higher productivity and higher profits
• SMEs not defined by Traditional comms models
• Home-working increases
• Commuting decreases
• People happier at work and at home

5. Commercial sense must always apply
• TrueSpeed deployment model is derived using a
complicated formula including cost and uptake
• Phase2 introduces for harder to reach customers a
factor that increases the deployment threshold
• TrueSpeed to apply Phase2 Investment only where
our commercial model fails the go/no go test
• This is great news for those who are harder to reach

the widest possible coverage for the investment

art distribution network for the South West
