The document is a report on operational risk management at American Home Mortgage Servicing India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Ocwen Financial LLC. The report analyzes the company's operational infrastructure, loan administration processes, default servicing and loss mitigation strategies. The author conducted interviews and reviewed company reports and found that the company has adequate frameworks and policies to minimize risks. However, the wide geographical footprint made a comprehensive study difficult. The report concludes the company's operational risk assessment is stable and it is fully capable of serving as a residential non-prime and special servicer. It provides suggestions like maintaining robust compliance and using advanced modeling to reduce losses.

Identifying, understanding and evaluating an organization’s most significant risk areas will set the foundation for a robust enterprise risk management (ERM) program. This sample guide outlines an effective and proven approach to building ERM capabilities that will ultimately enhance corporate governance, align and integrate varying views of risk and risk management, and respond to the changing business environment.
The key proposition of Enterprise Risk Management is value creation and or enhancement which ultimately delivers sustainable comparative advantage exemplified by organizational excellence. This presentation highlights key components of both management concepts and points of congruence.

Girls in Technology (GIT) Mentor-Protege Program in Virginia held its fourth session on February 11, 2015. The session topic was on Innovation: Embracing Fear and Learning to Fail. The GIT feature demo was on robotics.
What would we do if we knew that we could not fail? We all have passions, goals, ambitions, dreams and ideas. But why aren't we pursuing them? The #1 reason why dreams die before we even try is because we are afraid of failure. We think that the path from great idea to massive success is one straight path. However, GIT Girls learned that success has no one straight path. There are many challenges, obstacles, and failures along the way, but we mustn't quit. We must learn and improve from our mistakes. We want our students to succeed, but if failures are part of the success equation, we must also teach them how to fail.
In the ever-changing evolving global marketplace, innovation is what sets us apart. Innovation drives growth by identifying unique and efficient ways to meet new challenges. It is through strong leadership that we are motivated and inspired to grow together to tackle these challenges with open arms!
"Innovation, not instant perfection. The key is iteration. Learn enough from your mistakes and from your users that you iterate quickly. You aren't perfect every single time. There are missteps along the way. Iterate or reinvent your way out of it." - Marissa Mayer, CEO of Yahoo!

Study on Benchmarking with Respect to Recruitment ParametersIJMTST Journal
Benchmarking of the recruitment parameters is indeed the process by which, an organization can compare
its recruitment parameters and policies. As the employee is an undividable but the most important part of an
organization, it is the main component in an organizations growth and success. Thus, at certain point in time,
every organization needs to evaluate its recruitment strategies in accordance to hire the skillful and most
productive workforce. Today organizations should measure to confirm whether you are employing effectively
or not, you would end up spending most of time measuring recruiting activities instead of actually recruiting.
Benchmarking of recruitment parameters will help organization how business is doing on the talent
management front.

Levelwise PageRank with Loop-Based Dead End Handling Strategy : SHORT REPORT ...Subhajit Sahu
Abstract — Levelwise PageRank is an alternative method of PageRank computation which decomposes the input graph into a directed acyclic block-graph of strongly connected components, and processes them in topological order, one level at a time. This enables calculation for ranks in a distributed fashion without per-iteration communication, unlike the standard method where all vertices are processed in each iteration. It however comes with a precondition of the absence of dead ends in the input graph. Here, the native non-distributed performance of Levelwise PageRank was compared against Monolithic PageRank on a CPU as well as a GPU. To ensure a fair comparison, Monolithic PageRank was also performed on a graph where vertices were split by components. Results indicate that Levelwise PageRank is about as fast as Monolithic PageRank on the CPU, but quite a bit slower on the GPU. Slowdown on the GPU is likely caused by a large submission of small workloads, and expected to be non-issue when the computation is performed on massive graphs.
