Girls in Technology (GIT) Mentor-Protege Program in Virginia held its fifth and final session on March 11, 2015. The session topic was on How Can YOU Change The World. Through participation in the GIT Mentor-Protégé Program, you've heard from the remarkable achievements of women in the STEAM community from your mentors, guest speakers, the GIT program committee and each other. In our final session, we'll consider the strategies you've learned and focus on how to channel them into making impactful contributions to the STEAM community!

Introducing Game Design Course designed for and by High School girls, in
partnership with WITEF and GIT Mentor Protégé Program.
MGTA will help Virginia Serious Games Institute, Starlift Games, launch first game,
AngelCraze. Starlift Games is founded by a woman committed to making positive
games uniquely targeted towards girls.
Learn GAME DESIGN, GAME MECHANICS, in INTERACTIVE ENVIRONMENTS.
This class is recommended for middle school and high school girls.
