In the beginning of its existence, blues music was a way of expressing ones
feelings that they were not allowed to speak about in mixed company. This was
music that expressed from the heart and soul of painful experiences that continued
on throughout the course of living in a divided, unequal society. Blues music is
still based on emotional pain, still the most wonderful way to express tears and
heartache in a catchy sounding musical format. This is the music that touches
people in a deeper manner and helps appease the pain that one has endured. Every
blues song produced is a symbol of past experiences of the writer of the song and
its performer. This allows each song to be uniquely impactful. Many blues songs
used racial inequality as a common theme because many black Americans were
suffering from this in their daily lives. The following songs were structured to help
raise support to put an end to the racial inequality that occurred. First, we talk
about James Brown s Say it Loud ( I m Black and I m Proud) . As the title suggests,
this song is about black pride. Brown was a leader in the black community, and
encouraged his people to stand up for their rights. The 60 s were a tumultuous time
for race relations in America, and this song became an anthem for the black power

The Importance Of Music On Music

Studies have shown that music helps improve memory, increase focus, helps you
become more creative, reduces stress, increases your IQ, and stimulates both left and
right brain while studying. Music has been proven scientifically to have beneficial
effects on mental development. The Dana Foundation studied the impact of listening
to music while taking a test and the scores improved when students were listening
to music. While music can help you focus it can also impact and regulate your
mood and the best mood to take a test in is a relaxed mood. The four music types
we are doing our project on are classical, rock, country, and pop. Studies have shown
that Baroque music is the best for stimulating learning, research and work. Baroque
music is a type of classical music and is known as the best music to listen to when
learning and working as said before. The most important is the type of noise and
music. We have found that music you enjoy listening to increases focus and music
you don t enjoy listening to impedes focus.
The first type of music that we researched is classical music. We found that people
who listen to classical music have a high self esteem and can focus more when
testing at any time. Classical music is known for helping you calm down and relax
your nerves while it also helps you focus. We have two attention systems that are the

Introduction :
In 1949, Sidney Farber, M.D., a pathologist and a clinician formed a theory that folic
acid is required for the growth of cancer cells and methotrexate being a folate
antagonist can be used to counter it. Since then it has been used in dermatology,
gynaecology, rheumatology and cancers.
Methotrexate formerly known as amethopterin is an antimetaboliteand
dermatologically it is FDA approved mainly for psoriasis and sezary syndrome.
Structurally it is 4 amino N methyl pteroylglutamic acid which is very much similar
to folic acid. It is competitive antagonist of dihydrofoltate reductase.

Rajasthan for the last 6 months. She was given tablet methotrexate 10 mg per week
and supportive treatment. She accidently took methotrexate one daily rather than
weekly.
On examination, she was febrile. Skin examination showed generalized erythema
with scaling. Mucosal examination revealed stomatitis. No abnormality was found on
systemic examination.
Complete blood count revealed hemoglobin 8 g/dl, total count 2600 cu/mm,
