Office on an model for Open Policy Making with an opportunity for feedback from attendees.

We will be joined by Anthony Zacharzewski of Demsoc, Carol Hobden of Coram and Ellie Runcie
of the Design Council. They will provide a view from outside of Government on the opportunities
and challenges of Open Policy Making.

Distinguished speakers panel
The Chair will introduce Sir Jeremy Heywood, Sir Bob Kerslake and Chris Wormald who will be
joined by David Halpern of the Behavioural Insights Team and Sarah Neville of the Financial
Times and Oliver Wright of the Independent. The panel will discuss with the audience the
challenges of operating in an open way in the context of political, media and public perception
pressures.
