Toxoplasma gondii is an intracellular zoonotic protozoan parasite, infect both humans and animals population worldwide. It can also cause abortion and inborn disease in humans and livestock population. In the present study total of 313 domestic animals were screened for Toxoplasma gondii infection. Of which 45 cows, 55 buffalos, 68 goats, 60 sheep and 85 shaver chicken were tested. Among these 40 (88.88%) cows were negative and 05 (11.12%) were positive. Similarly 55 (92.72%) buffalos were negative and 04 (07.28%) were positive. In goats 68 (98.52%) were negative and 01 (01.48%) was recorded positive. In sheep and shaver chicken the infection were not recorded.

The objective of this work is to contribute to valorization de Nephelium lappaceum by the characterization of kinetics of drying of seeds of Nephelium lappaceum. 11. Risks with Internal approach to Solid Walls
• Solid walls are often quite damp in Winter & Spring
• Brick, mortar and some stone can wick water to the internal face through
capillary transport
• Pre retrofit heat loss will help to dry out the wall during the wet season
(January to December in Ireland)
• The application of IWI will interrupt the heat flow and associated drying,
leaving the wall at risk of being very wet during freeze thaw events
• The resultant damage can be serious
• U Values should be carefully considered & thermal bridges must be
treated
12. Risks with Internal approach to Solid Walls
• Thermal bridges must be treated
• Appropriate materials should be used to limit heat loss but save
space where necessary
• Does the project require a vapour barrier – usually on the warm
side of the insulation
• But in this case where does the vapour go during late spring to late
autumn – reverse diffusion is prevented!
• Any gaps in the insulation or vapour control layer may be
detrimental to the project success – not today or tomorrow but
eventually – consider a Park Lane or heritage project, is it worth the
risk?

• For a material to be truly “Breathable” it must display all of the

• In short the materials can deal with the formation of water due
to vapour condensing and direct it in the path of least resistance
– either to the outside or inside face of the solid wall

removed – eg gypsum, sand & cement, paint etc.
• Once complete we recommend treating the external façade with

When insulating solid walls, particularly older exposed walls, designers should consider the extent
to which the wall and components in the wall can tolerate the lower temperatures and prolonged
drying time resulting from the application of the insulating drylining. Care should also be taken to
assess the risks of interstitial condensation forming on thermal bridges that cannot be effectively
insulated.

vapour control layers (VCL).

The Installation of an insulating drylining system requires careful detailing around doors and
windows to achieve a satisfactory surface for finishing. In addition, every attempt should be made
to minimise the risk of thermal bridging at reveals and where heavy separating walls are attached
to the external wall.

11. Risk of Condensation
11.1
Designers must ensure that an appropriate condensation risk analysis has been carried out for all
parts of a construction, including at junctions, openings and penetrations to minimise the risk of
