This document discusses online training for Toastmasters clubs in District 73. It proposes holding monthly online workshops on various club leadership topics to benefit remote and regional clubs. A committee selected 12 topics including Pathways and membership growth. Workshops would be held on Zoom, last 15-20 minutes with a trainer and Q&A. Registration and promotion would occur on easy-Speak and Facebook. The goals are to provide ongoing training for remote clubs and alternatives for in-person attendance. A needs survey found key reasons for participation as learning new technologies, networking, sharing ideas and presenting sessions.
