Online education allows learners to access courses anywhere through internet-connected devices. Known as massive open online courses (MOOCs), they break barriers of time and location for education. MOOCs benefit learners by spreading knowledge faster and allowing learning outside classrooms through flexible schedules with unlimited access to course materials. However, challenges include low completion rates due to lack of accountability and difficulty getting feedback without in-person interactions. Potential solutions involve using online discussion forums and offering incentives to encourage teacher feedback to improve completion rates and sense of community among online learners.

Because There are no punishments if
students give up learning, and there
are no rewards beside knowledge

Also, connection to future career
is low. Many employers do not recognize
the qualification of online courses.

or designing, require people’s
feedbacks.

6. Solutions
We could send e-mails to those who
fail to meet the requirements, to
remind them of the importance of
learning.
Besides giving certificates to those
who finished the class, we should
make the value of them more known
to employers, allowing more online
learners to find jobs.
Since typing and videos has become
a form of communication nowadays,
we could build online discussion
rooms for each class, for students to
comment and upload their assignment
videos.
Also, we can give teachers incentives
to give feedbacks, for example, for
every problem teachers solved, the
website can give them $50 in return.

courses, the coursed will be offered.
The students who take the same course can easily communicate
with both teacher and other students. Hence, students can tell
