• Log in to Minerva, select the Teach tab
• Under Modules, select Everything (instead of
17/18) and search for Sandpit
• Select 'Hayley Sandpit'. Go to November 23rd
training. We will be using this as a resource for
the session.
• Awareness of the available online assessment and
feedback options in Minerva and their appropriate
usage
• Be able to create Blackboard tests, understand the
different question types and when to use them
• Know how to use Grade Centre
• Know how to set up Groups and Group assignment
submissions
• Be aware of how Faculty colleagues in the session are
using online assessment and feedback
• Know where to get training and support for online
assessment and feedback

Online Assessment and Feedback - Thursday 23rd November 2017 Electronic & Electrical Engineering FACULTY OF ENGINEERING • Log in to Minerva, select the Teach tab • Under Modules, select Everything (instead of 17/18) and search for Sandpit • Select 'Hayley Sandpit'. Go to November 23rd training. We will be using this as a resource for the session.
  • 2. • Awareness of the available online assessment and feedback options in Minerva and their appropriate usage • Be able to create Blackboard tests, understand the different question types and when to use them • Know how to use Grade Centre • Know how to set up Groups and Group assignment submissions • Be aware of how Faculty colleagues in the session are using online assessment and feedback • Know where to get training and support for online assessment and feedback Learning Outcomes
