Sona Steering Systems LTD is an Indian manufacturer of steering systems and is a part of the Sona Group. It produces manual and power rack and pinion steering systems, steering columns, and other components. Sona utilizes Just-In-Time principles and Kaizen methods to reduce waste and improve quality, delivery, and flexibility. It has four manufacturing plants in India located in Gurgaon, Chennai, Sanand, and Dharuhera that supply automotive components and steering systems to clients such as Maruti Suzuki and Tata Motors.
