All new employees are required
to read our safety booklet which
  is available at the front desk


      This will cover our safety
  procedures and what to do in the
  case of emergencies and injuries
• Employers must ensure people at the
  workplace are not exposed to health and
  safety risks

• Employees must do their work while acting
  responsibly with the health and safety of
  themselves and others

 If you feel that any equipment isn’t
       safe then report it to him
              immediately

    All safety hazards should be
        reported immediately
In the event of an injury
  you MUST report it!


Keep records of injuries and report
  them to workplace standards
Some examples of what and what
             not to do

•   Back strain - Use a chair that allows good posture
•   Fire – Follow the fire plan to exit the building
•   Spills – Clean spills up immediately to avoid falls
•   Lifting – Do not lift heavy objects by yourself
•   Electricity – clear the area and advise john johnson
•   Eye strain – take a break from looking at the screen
•   Loose wires – Move wires from trouble areas
•   Natural disaster – follow the plan to exit building
•   Power outage – Follow instructions to exit the building
