To Whom It May Concern
Dear Sir/Madam
Julian has brought his ambitions of perusing a career in Human Resources to our attention;
unfortunately Oakley in New Zealand is unable to aid him in this pursuit as our HR team is
based offshore. It is therefore my pleasure that I am writing a reference on his behalf, in hope
that he is able to find a suitable position.
Julian is employed as a part time/casual, which he started from 17/11/2013 and currently
continues to contribute to the Oakley team. Julian is employed as a sales assistant and his duties
are predominantly customer services. In this role he demonstrated a strong understanding of the
Oakley product, customer service relations, sales techniques, system management and
teamwork dynamics. His ability to use different languages is an asset to the company creating
many relationships with the tourists that came into the store.
Oakley is an upmarket retail chain that prides itself on its high quality optics, apparel and level
of customer service across multiple countries. We found Julian epitomizes our standards by
being well-presented, organised and demonstrating great time management. He is a pleasure to
be around and well liked by management, staff and customers alike. He always gave his best in
whatever task he undertook.
We wish Julian all the best in his quest for the search of a position to suit his co-op and have no
hesitation in re employing him should the occasion ever arise. We are happy to provide a verbal
reference for any future employers.
