Essential water services are the only contractor for Thames Water, fixing customer side leaks in the Greater London area.
Working closely with Thames Water, I specialize in planning the daily gang work throughout North London specifically.
Key Achievements/Responsibilities:
 Initially recruited as a customer coordinator; I was promoted to work in Planning and Street works after 6 months.
 Proactively sourcing jobs and planning out with permits in accordance with the New Roads and Street Works act 1991
(NRSWA) and the traffic management act 2004 (TMA) as well as the London Permit Scheme.
 Working with up to 6 different software programs to obtain and submit information vital to both Thames Water and
the HA.
 Communicating with Thames Water supervisors and various councils to co-ordinate high profile and emergency jobs
to tight time frames.
 Responsible for the day-to-day gang works. This includes spreadsheets being sent to directors, supervisors and
Thames Water supervisors. It also included applying for permits with various conditions depending on the local
authority for the planned job.
 Working closely with customer coordinators to provide valuable input for Thames water supervisors in concerns to
gang work as well as local authority conditions changes.
 Calling customers to arrange planned work and booking them into a paperless calendar on an online portal.
 Explaining the process to worried and skeptical customers to help re-assure them of the works essential to the
maintenance to the water system.
 Recruiting and training new employees to help bring them up to speed with the process and the day-to-day work.
Top Golf Watford – Guest Associate – (June 2012 – October 2014)
Top golf gaming centre is a fairly new up and coming experience that takes Golf and leisure to news levels. Being a ‘Guest
Associate’ we were often regarded as the face of the company.

• Customer relations – Being one of the first faces you see when you enter the building we were responsible for building
the initial rapport with the customer, dealing with enquiries, complaints and any other general needs.

Southampton Solent University – Evening Studio Receptionist – (September 2010 – June 2011)
Southampton Solent is one of the leading universities for media studies in the UK. I worked while I studied, doing night shifts
at the studios where I would organize the night’s studio slots.
Responsibilities:
 Answered Telephone calls.
 Assigned appropriate studios to students.
 Secured the corridor whilst the studios were still open.
 Assisted in any troubleshooting problems when students need help engineering the studios.
Various Fashions Retail Companies – Various Roles – (December 2006 – January 2010)
Worked from the very high-end designer companies including Hugo Boss and Holister, but also worked for the lower end of
the spectrum at companies such as JD Sports and Argos.
