This document summarizes O2 treated tuna that has been quick frozen from Maguro International. The tuna blooms to its natural color using only premium, sashimi-grade yellowfin tuna over 70 lbs. It can be stored in regular freezers for up to 7 days and easily defrosted. The quality, taste and texture are the same as fresh tuna with a 2-3 day shelf life once thawed. The facility in the Philippines is HACCP certified.

4. Easy to Thaw Steps Defrost under running water in a bowl 、 5 min each side totaling 10 minutes. Take out of the bowl once the product is thawed and tuna starts to bloom Open the package to prevent from (Hypoxia ） 、 Using a towel wipe off excessive moist then place on a tray with wrap and let it fully thaw in the refrigerator. Fully blooms in approx 4 - 6 hours. Product will keep color up to 2 ～ 3 days.
