49. Problem Determination Tools services
– IBM provides the following services for the Problem Determination tools, enabling
clients to successfully deploy the Problem Determination tools and give their staff
the skills they need to get the most from the tools:
– Installation and Customization Assistance
– 3rd party tool migration - FileAid/MVS to File Manager, Hiperstation to Workload
Simulator
– Training - Application Performance Analyzer, Debug Tool Basic & Advanced, Fault
Analyzer, File Manager Base (Basic & Advanced), File Manager DB2, File Manager
IMS, Workload Simulator, Hourglass
– Each class is four (4) hours in duration, except for Workload Simulator, which is
eight (8) hours and Hourglass, which is two (2) hours.
– On-site or webcast (remote) workshop – both with hands-on lab exercises
