This document outlines a research project on the evolution of nuclear power plants in Japan. The objectives are to depict historical changes using government data, examine the impact of two major earthquakes in 2007 and 2011 that led to plant shutdowns, and propose a new energy chart for analysis. The methodology involves using GIS mapping software to analyze location and operational data from Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism on nuclear plants, with additional parameters added manually. The research will compare the situation with and without considering environmental hazards and seek feedback on the analysis.
