Mr. Farooq Malik was hired as Head of Department, Production Planning and Control. He worked for
NRTC from July 15,'2011 to March 25,2015. Mr. Malik is an extremely hardworking, dedicated, and
honest professional who is result oriented and has shown tremendous improvement in all areas
pertaining to Production Planning and Control. He has a track record of significant accomplishments for
the company. Only a few of his accomplishments are listed below.

thereby im proving reven ue sh ipments dra matica lly.

contracts from foreign sources. This accomplishment was achieved through
aggressive pursuance and dedication by the pp&C department"

wBJ, PPS, and sDR projects. These young Engineers under the leadership of

shortage lists to management much before the project completion date. This tremendously
helped on time delivery of vital revenue shipments.
5. Project presentations and underlying issues on all projects were presented to management
regularly by HOD (PP&C)thus keeping management intimately involved in the process.

We regret the loss Mr. Farooq Malik to the organization and if it wer.e not for his personal reasons we
would have asked Mr. Malik to stay on with NRTC. I would strongly recommend Mr. Farooq Malik to any
