Prev iously working with the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) the Accommodation Moves Service
prov ided a rationalisation of staff and premises tostreamline the business.
As Project Manager Ihad toestablish and consolidate new and existing premises UKwide with the
customer. Supporting allexisting and new IT and communications requirements andworking with
the CPS Estates team, suppliers and internalteams toenable a smooth transition of staff to their

Dealing with Invitation toTender (ITT) and Request for Quotation (RFQ), co-ordinating company
staff, subject matter experts and architects to(intergraded LogisticSupport (ILS) and Quality
Assurance toformulate a comprehensive bid with the Project bid leadand Programme Manager.

In charge of aspects of the Advanced Mission Planning Application tool. This is a software
dev elopment programme activity with the RAF and utilised by multiple aircraft.This flight
planning tool is a complex Software development project with multivariants.Iwas responsible for

managed a number of dev elopment and technicalstaff within my project team (2 to20)and work
closely with the Customers,the Chief Engineer,Design Authorities,Project TechnicalLeads and

twopartner companies GKN WestlandLtd (UK) and Agusta SPA (Italy)at their manufacturing
