L&T-Valdel Engineering Limited (LTV) provides comprehensive Engineering Solutions for the Upstream
Oil & Gas Industry. LTV has executed complex engineering assignments spanning the engineering value
chain from Concept & FEED to Basic & Detail Engineering, 3D Model-based Concurrent Engineering,
Procurement Engineering and Project Management.
LTV was formerly John Brown Engineering (1991-96), then briefly Kvaerner John Brown Engineering
Pvt. Ltd (1996-99) and subsequently Valdel Corporation Pvt. Ltd between 1999 to 2004 when Larsen &
Toubro Limited (L&T) acquired a stake in the company. Presently L&T-Valdel is a wholly-owned
subsidiary of L&T.
Over the years, L&T-Valdel has grown multi-fold into a strong team of around 600 skilled and
experienced engineers & draftsmen, located at Bangalore, Faridabad and Chennai in India and a liaison
office at Abu Dhabi. LTV’s expertise and capabilities in Process, Safety Engineering, Piping, Pipelines,
Structural & Naval Architecture, Mechanical Equipment, Electrical & Instrumentation and Project
Management enable us to provide high quality engineering solutions to our customers.
